  1. Combinability of the balcony discount depends on the kind of sale is going on and sometimes is a partial amount.
  2. This has been done for quite some time and any casual reader of CC knows this- you can even cash in non-refundable OBC this way.
  3. There's your issue - don't talk to anyone but the slot machine. Transfer your OBC to the slot machine and cash out.
  4. If you really want the cash, you can either try the casino method mentioned above or change your account to cash and then ask again for cash.
  5. Welcome to CC. Refunds usually go to the card/payment which booked the cruise.
  6. That's not happening - it's usually 6-8 hours in the Bay (Norfolk to Baltimore) and they have a way to go to just get there.
  7. For some things, sure. For C&A, usually not. Other Aussie cruisers would have to chime in with their experience to see if this was just some very accommodating LA or some policy change.
  8. That sounds like a variation of the Celebrity policy where the cabin mate gets the perks.
  9. Break even for the soda package is about 3 drinks a day, 4-5 drinks is the break even for the refreshment package.
  10. Like the weather, wait a minute, it'll get better.
  11. The next western sailing in the app may list the shows.
  12. While you do have it, can you perform a speed test? You simply go to fast.com in a browser. The new Starlink install won't fix your issues - that's likely due to your distance from the nearest wifi access point.
  13. You can't move until the cabin assignment is official.
  14. The OP already said that even decoding the barcode did not reveal the assignment.
  15. Ability to book shows ahead of sailing varies by ship and available about a month out - not related to check in.
  16. Very unlikely neither C&A nor RCI rep can tell you anything if the cabin is not assigned.
