  1. The offerings in that message are substitutes for the cancelled 2023 westbound Serenade TA.
  2. See reply above - the ship could cut off access any time they think there are too many D+ on a sailing. Biker, who would rather be pleasantly surprised to have access rather than count on it and not have it.
  3. Until there are too many D+ on a sailing and they they can't.
  4. $11-13 - figure on about 5 alcoholic drinks every day to break even on the package.
  5. Dear Travel Partner, We're continuously monitoring events taking place around the world, including the ongoing situation in Ukraine. Our original plan for Serenade of the Seas was to offer sailings departing from Copenhagen, Denmark and Stockholm, Sweden starting May 21st, 2023. However, with the increased uncertainty of visiting St. Petersburg, Russia, we've reviewed our upcoming 2023 deployment and decided to reposition Serenade of the Seas to a new homeport in Florida for our Summer 2023 season. Unfortunately, this means your clients' upcoming cruise has been cancelled. We know how much time and effort go into planning your clients' vacation, and we're terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Their vacation is important to us, along with the flexibility to make the best decision for them and those in their party. Below, we've outlined their options along with a few additional details. Option 1: Re-book one of the following 2023 itineraries: 17-Night Arctic Circle cruise | August 8th | Jewel of the Seas | Amsterdam, Netherlands to Cape Liberty, New Jersey sailing to: Akureyri, Iceland | Reykjavik, Iceland | Isafjordur, Iceland | Prins Christian Sund (Cruising) | Qaqortoq, Greenland | St. John's, Newfoundland | Halifax, Nova Scotia | and Sydney, Nova Scotia 15-Night Transatlantic cruise | October 15th | Anthem of the Seas | Southampton, England to Cape Liberty, New Jersey sailing to: Vigo, Spain | Lisbon, Portugal | Lanzarote, Canary Islands | Tenerife, Canary Islands | and Royal Naval Dockyard, Bermuda 14-Night Transatlantic cruise | November 12th | Rhapsody of the Seas departing | Barcelona, Spain to Fort Lauderdale, Florida sailing to: Alicante, Spain | Malaga, Spain | Lanzarote, Canary Islands | Tenerife, Canary Islands | and Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas 15-Night Transatlantic cruise | October 27th | Odyssey of the Seas | Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy to Fort Lauderdale, Florida sailing to: Florence/Pisa (La Spezia), Italy | Nice (Villefranche), France | Malaga, Spain | Gibraltar, United Kingdom | Ponta Delgada, Azores | and Royal Naval Yard, Bermuda 14-Night Spanish Transatlantic cruise | October 29th | Symphony of the Seas | Barcelona, Spain to Fort Lauderdale, Florida sailing to: Malaga, Spain | Seville (Cadiz), Spain | and Nassau, Bahamas What they'll receive: Their original stateroom category will be price protected at the original cruise fare rate, excluding taxes, fees, gratuities, and other non-cruise fare items. They can expect to receive their refund to their original form of payment within 14 business days after we move them. Kindly note, refund times may vary depending on their financial institution. To sweeten the offer, they'll receive a credit to spend onboard per stateroom: $100 USD for Interior, Ocean View, and Balcony staterooms | $200 USD for Suites Plus, an additional $50 USD for each third or more guest to spend onboard They'll also be reimbursed for non-refundable, pre-purchased transportation change fees incurred (such as a flight, train ticket, or rental car). If their booking was already paid in full and their cruise fare rate decreases, we'll provide them with a refund for the difference. If they booked their airfare through Royal Caribbean International, it will be automatically refunded to them. However, if they booked on their own, please contact the service provider directly for their options with them. Please note, if they choose this option, we will not provide additional compensation. Please call us at 888-281-9344 by July 28th, 2022 to let us know their decision. And please know, hold times may be longer than usual. If they decide to go with Option 3, there's no need to call us. 6. Given his time on CC and posting history, I'd go with the former.
  7. Need to make these posts a bit more obvious they are sarcastic.
  8. There's bound to be some salad choice, but maybe not much more.
  9. Planner items become available at various times - keep checking the dining section.
  10. Pro tip: You can get about 15 minutes of free Stream by clicking on the App/Play store icon in the app.
  11. Cruise Compass. No more vaccination bands.
  12. Bermuda must be in the Rahm Emanuel camp of never letting a crisis go to waste - an easy way to excuse some revenue collection disguised as a COVID related thing.
  13. If you are sailing out of Rome it may never work until on board - set the app for a Bacelona departure.
  14. You may not - not all of them may have that feature available/enabled.
  15. Click on the little ship at the top of the app >Activities > AO should be the first choice.
  16. RCI IT still hasn't figured out how to program the app for the "other" home port on an interporting cruise (the "real" home port is Barcelona and you can get some info if you set the app for that) - it may not work properly until you are on board and even then it may have issues.
