    RCI/Plusgrade recently lowered the number of categories available to bid on that sailing (and others) - that was the norm pre-COVID. Folks in other categories can bid on the suites. Royal Up wins seem to be running about 3 weeks out.

    Don't recall any shoe requirement for the bumper cars - as long as you can walk out there and press the pedal, you're fine.

    On sailings out of the US, I think Bermuda is the only port which requires testing for vaxed guests. If unvax........

    It's tough to accurately keep track of millions of C&A accounts - don't try to figure out the "why" of RCI IT issues.
