  1. All you need to do is place the RFID chip close to the Freestyle machine reader, it doesn’t need to be fixed to anything.
  2. Any result that clearly outlines the type of test taken should work - very unlikely any home/proctored test is actually PCR as that usually requires expensive lab equipment.
  3. Welcome to CC. An image/video search for any of the Oasis class ships for that cabin or any in that same exact category (3D) should show the sleeping set up for the additional guests.
  4. No - the ability to view directly on the web site seems to be very random, but not date related. I can view my offers via the email link but won't allow me to view when going directly to the site, regardless of how far out from the cruise. One thing that seems consistent is that if the booking has two different last names (and two different email addresses) for the two occupants, only the first one listed gets the invite and it will work for (though I assume someone will come along and provide an exception).
  5. Invitations for Royal Up don't usually depend on vacancy rate.
  6. You might get an email or you may not - you can go directly to the site. No, availability date varies (up to about 80 days out).
  7. For the most accurate info, look at the current sailing, not yours.
  8. The folks on the last couple of Alaska sailings don't seem to have gotten itinerary change messages, that others have gotten about that - so that could be resolved before the TP.
  9. Welcome to CC. @xtremegk the @ use is sometimes tricky - must ensure the poster name is highlighted for it to work.
  10. If that was the case, you'd think the other ships heading there would also get this kind of message - no report of that, yet.
  11. You can use any FDA or EU approved test, proctored of course.
  12. There may be some COVID related policy that isn't settled yet and they need more time before they announce them.
  13. Very unlikely drink package will be any less on board - no discount for D. Voom package discount will likely be about $26 - the break even point depends on the discount in the planner and length of cruise.
  14. As you get closer to the sailing, some of those may disappear and you won’t be able to bid on.
  15. I don't recall anyone mentioning this "feature" of the bidding process. While min bidding amount changing and cabin categories being added (after initial invite) have been discussed previously, I noticed that some cabin categories were removed since first being able to bid. 75 days out, got the invite to bid and all categories from just above existing cabin all the way up to Royal Suite was biddable. Sometime in the past two weeks, when clicking on the original invite, all categories above two major ones over existing category have disappeared. So, with a balcony, the bidding is limited only up to a GS, whereas before bids were available all the way to RS. The existing bids on categories which are no longer shown as biddable (like OS) are still in Pending status, but, clicking on the Modify link, leads to a blank page.
  16. No, the Next Cruise OBC should be viewable and usable in the planner (does not depend on who holds the booking).
  17. Available, yes, functioning, unlikely - most are turned off overnight or out of supplies till someone refills it the morning.
  18. Welcome to CC. It should be doable. Assuming it's running, the ferry may wait till it's somewhat full before sailing over - maybe 5 min. You can easily walk, set up and walk back to the excursion - venues are not that far apart.
  19. It's been FDA approved but the throughput still too low for that kind of volume: FDA Authorizes First COVID-19 Breathalyzer Test (verywellhealth.com)
  20. To be fair, there are very few, if any, TA sites on which you could that.
