    I went to ABC islands in April. I had a great time and I want to go back. I left from Miami. I guess it just depends what you like. I picked the cruise because the dates worked for Spring Break, not for ports, but am glad I did.

    I've seen people on crutches etc. on cruises. I guess mom doesn't feel like she would enjoy it as much. I hope your mom feels better.

    Yes. I wore shorts my first night as my luggage had not yet arrived to my room. It wasn't an issue. I have seen people wear shorts on formal nights.

    I guess all manicures have to done in the spa. I've taken scissors on board with no problems. Odd they took away clippers.

    I never got notifications with the RC app. I only saw a text when I went into the app. So if you don't mind not getting a notification, the RC app is fine for texting.

    Some might think bringing food on a cruise ship is like bringing coal to Newcastle 😆, but I have done it. I brought snack type food to take on excursions and then some drinks for when Windjammer is closed and I want a beverage.

    I saw someone going through security with a fan. I don't know if they got it on board or not.

    I was never able to get a lounge chair on the pool deck. I just put my stuff on a chair that was to the side, went in the pool, then got my stuff. One day I went upstairs and was able to find a lounge chair. I did not see any crew doing anything about people who put stuff on a lounge chair and disappeared.

    Generally there isn't room. That's what I was thinking.

    Doctors say this, but it's really not realistic. If the seatbelt sign is on, you can't get up. Plus, other people might want to get up and if there is beverage service going on, it will be hard to walk. I think compression socks are the best answer. I don't have this problem when flying. I will see if I have this problem when cruising, because I think I detected a bit of it last time.

    Minors should still earn points if they cruise. Haven't heard this before.

    I have sailed on smaller ships several times because the port I live near uses small ships to get under bridge. I have also sailed on Allure and Explorer. I like the mid-size ships. That said, I tend to go more for ports than ship. Is it going somewhere I want to visit? I do like to disembark at the ports rather than stay on board.

    Having multiple shows is also to accommodate all the cruisers. Not everyone can fit into the theatre at one time.

    This class of ship is my favorite. I sailed on Explorer, which is the same, and plan to sail on Liberty next year.

    Yes, I did an excursion to DePalm. It was very nice. DePalm has flamingos. We did the Helmet Sea Tour. DePalm has beach, pool, water slides, food (included), turtles, snorkeling.
