Great show... sit up front so you can see the facial expressions of the cats.
Please read a summary of the show and plot (yes, there is a plot) before you arrive to know the basic story line.
I don't have a crystal ball. The problem is that some folks are coming to these boards assuming that everyone who posts has expertise. In addition, this is a board for those who love RCCL which tends to skew the responses.
Just refuting your claim that seniors are getting by
Oh I am sympathetic... for the crew who are working 70 hours a week, away from their families.
You claimed "many" seniors are living on $14,400 a year. The facts don't bear that out. Indeed, they would be eligible for all sorts of programs to boost their disposable income.
According to U.S. Census Bureau data, the median average retirement income for retirees 65 and older is $47,357. The average mean retirement income is $73,228.
Uh, yes, it is deniable.
Since you are making the claim, to support it, please provide the salaries of waiters, assistant waiters and cabin attendants.
What difference does that make? Are you saying their salaries should be based on the average salary in their home country? Would you reduce the meager salary they make by 67%? C'mon, their salaries are based on working on a cruise ship.
Actually, there is a vast amount of agreement... Keep the auto tips in place and tip extra if you wish.
It is the minority that will remove the tips. One wonders what the actual reason is.
