  1. We just vacated that exact cabin last Saturday. (11/5/22). The majority of that area going towards the bow is a blank wall. About 35 feet towards the stern is a crew storage area for linens and other assorted items for the room stewards to replenish their carts. It is an extremely quiet section. The only "noise" we really encountered was the occasional kids running down the hallways. Even when they were collecting the luggage on the final night, you could barely hear anything. IMO I thought it was a great cabin and location. I definitely enjoyed the spacious balcony.
  2. Symphony had mushroom soup and mushrooms in Chops 2 weeks ago.
  3. Greg.. Thanks for letting us "Sail" with you & Linda this week. It has been enjoyable and entertaining. My calculations says that you should be getting home within the next hour or two. Hopefully, it was an uneventful journey home.
  4. 16 hours ago, Sea Dog said: And not pictured Three Lobster Tail and Four Lobster Tail. Yes I was a pig. I normally don’t eat that much but in a effort to give you an accurate reporting. Yes! you can have as many tails as you want. I’ve heard of people eating 6-8 tails no problem. I generally do 3 or 4 Lobster Tails without all the extras on the plate. No sense wasting those items. One time, (and one time only), my record was 9. I was definitely a pig.
  5. Just as an FYI, the medallions from my April & May 2019 cruises are still attached to my refrigerator. Along with some from recent cruises.
  6. I'm getting the same pixelation also. I''m on a 24" monitor. The ones you're showing now that aren't downsized are much clearer.
  7. And do you recall seeing the smoke coming out of my ears sitting on that train while the minutes of the "Drink Package" were ticking away ???? LOL 🤣🍸🥤
  8. O.B., Even though Greg did say they were in port, I've been on cruises that conducted crew drills while we were underway. It helps sharpen their skills when they have to deal with "obstacles" and other things when you have a ship full of passengers. Greg.......Glad to see that you're doing physical therapy. You don't want to have any stiffness in your shoulder. LOL 🥤🍸
  9. Finally caught up after being away for a couple of days. Happy (belated) Anniversary to You & Linda. Was glad to hear you had the same excursion as Elaine and you were able to keep her company. On 1 of our stingray excursions, we also had a handler that had his own "special girlfriend" named Michelle. He would pat the water with his hand and she would swim right up to him.
  10. Glad to hear that you ran into her again. I think you and Linda "guiding" her along this week will make her feel more at ease. What you are doing is such a great thing. Your willingness to help other people is what makes you such a wonderful person. Can't wait to meet and sail with you on the Bella Cruise along with the rest of our "CC Family".
  11. For those that like "Cream Soda", try Captain Morgan & ginger ale.
  12. Greg, Sorry to hear about your fall. Mend quickly and try to enjoy the rest of your cruise.
  13. Have a safe flight. This is going to be fun following yours and Sea Dog's reviews.
  14. Thanks for the ride-along, ("cruise-along") over the past few days. Hope you & Lisa have a safe and uneventful flight home. Can't wait to meet you in March.
  15. Have a safe and enjoyable cruise. I had the same thought. LOL That actually looks comfortable. Any chance she got that through Amazon ??
  16. I have to change my way of thinking. When I first made that post, I was basing my numbers on what I just paid for my October cruise which was $177.00 PP. The price for the Bella cruise at this moment is $224.00 and that's with the so-called 10% pre-cruise saving. If (and that's a big IF) I'm going to spend that kind of money for the Beach Club, then I'll throw out the extra $13.50 for the cabana. JMHO
  17. According to the overview info, the cabana limit is 8 people. At the normal price ($1899.00), that would be $237.50 PP. That's a little to rich for my blood. At this point, I'd rather book the Beach Club. If they ever put the cabanas on sale to the area of the Beach Club price, then it would be something that I would consider.
  18. Excellent review. We leave in 4 weeks for the same cruise on the Symphony except our itinerary is in the opposite order. We don't have the Dining Package, but will try to go to some of the venues you were at. We are also booked at the Beach Club on CocoCay. It will be our 2nd time there. I do like your idea of possibly getting a group together for one of the "over the water cabanas" on the Bella Cruise. With enough people, I think it would be worth the price.
  19. Greg, My "HAHA" in post #7 was for the Ferraris Uber, not for the earlier misfortunes with the taxi and 1st Uber.
