I was on Adventure in July and the apps were pretty much the same every night. I had never seen such a static menu before. I assume it depends a lot on the hotel director at the time.

But demand for the drinks varies widely from ship to ship.

Speed of service for the ships w/o an embedded bar varies so much. Is there 1 server or 2? Is there an event next door that slows down the suite lounge server? Can the server fill his own drinks or does he have to wait for a bartender? But, you have the full bar at your disposal. Despite having an embedded bar, the downside of the Radiance class ships is that you may not get a full bar to pick from. I've rarely left the suite lounge feeling like I didn't get my fill. But sometimes it takes a couple days for the servers to get in a rhythm.

The gross tonnage is not a weight, but a measure of internal volume. They just added 15k more gross tons of inside space to Icon, even though the ship dimensions aren't much different than Oasis ships. I would imagine Icon can go anywhere Oasis can go.

People love to leave bad reviews. People who have a good time don't tend to leave reviews. The ship is fine.

For me it's the opposite. I don't like to have to go get the passport just to check in. I have all that info already to copy/paste in via a browser. Different strokes for different folks. I just hope they don't take one away because they'll be abandoning a large audience with a portion of that audience not willing or comfortable doing it in the app.
