  1. Right you are. The C ports were new to us on Neptune. Other V ships we have sailed are as the pictures with A ports on the bedside.
  2. On prior Viking ships we have had USB-A plugs at the bedside. Recently on Neptune we had USB-C plugs. Fortunately I have the C to A adapters and 110vac to USB-C always in my computer bag.
  3. Sometimes more than you think.😳
  4. That might be an option. Can't get past those Viking bathrooms.
  5. Thanks Trapper. We would love to sail with yall again. Met lots of good folks on SD. We have become used to larger baths and, for me, bigger beds. Current single Admiral suite seems to always be waitlisted. Will keep an eye out. 🍸
  6. Im with Frisky. Just how many devices does a couple need online at the same time?? On Neptune recently we had 2 iPhones, 1 iPad, and one MacBook Pro up at all times. Occasionally had to log one out to download books on Kindles but only every few weeks. Too much junk in my luggage anyway..🥃
  7. I was able to set up my account but Explora insists I have "0" cruises booked. I have paper evidence to the contrary but don't confuse the website with facts. Is the MSC site this bad?
  8. Good article. I guess with 70 river boats it is to be expected. What got me are the occupancy rates. Any resort or hotel or cruise line anywhere would take those numbers. Rolling lots of dough through there. Good for Viking. Just hope they don't do the Carnival cost shaving thing.
  9. Any World Cruise stuff going on to update?🍸
  10. Just a thought since the title of this thread is Admiral Suite. I would like to see some of the Commodore Suites which have a lesser component in the murphy beds when separated, made into proper Admiral Suites with a rebuilt and larger bath. I believe this would sell well. 🍸 Opinions?
  11. According to Explora website the King mattress is 71" x 79". Consistent with Josephs measurements.🍸
  12. Just kidding Clay. Just couldn't resist the hashtag opportunity....🍸
  13. Just spoiled Andy, you are just spoiled. There will probably never be such a Magical Mystery Tour ever again.
  14. Have to agree with the OP based on recent experience on Neptune. Very much lesser quality bread than on previous V cruises.
  15. I always said remove 200 passengers and Viking would be perfect. You have it even better. But I never thought I would be part of the process making it "perfect" for others.😱🍹
  16. What's the Chinese rules for gambling on ships? Curious if it is similar to our rules.
  17. Few on CC that is
  18. Thanks. You are one of the few who can speak for actually seeing her.
  19. It's my impression that they were referring to the Viking Yi Dun (ex Viking Sun). And according to an officer recently onboard Neptune, yes the Viking Yi Dun has been modified to suit Chinese tastes. That includes gambling and decor in public spaces. I have not seen that personally but hope to hear reviews in the near future.
  20. You should be able to get that info from Guest Services onboard.
