When we cruised on the Epic last year we were in the Haven so we had the access to the Posh Beach Club. We purchased passes for our extended family members that were not in the Haven so they could hang out with us in Posh. That was before the huge price increase. While it is not as fabulous of the Vibe, we enjoyed our time in Posh. We used it mostly every day and it was a great meeting point for us. The benefits for us are always having a sun lounger available and great bar service. We would not sail on the Epic again without access to the Posh.

That is great news. I hope it does not get kicked back. Usually, when you call in, the phone representatives will not add the additional certificate. I have also always applied them myself directly. Thank you for updating us.

Have stayed in both and did not affect our experience. When booking, the price I am willing to pay for that vacation is the deciding factor.

When our children were 5 & 6 we did a Disney cruise and it was a one and done due to the ridiculous price. Have stuck continuously with NCL; however, we will be doing a Viking River Boat cruise in 2026 along the Rhine.

I thought of that when I realized the Super Bowl will also be around/same time as our sailing. Two years ago we watched it on the lido deck on the Joy but it was set up for everyone to watch it as sail away was the previous day. And it was also a near empty ship. Please let us know how it works out and if it was shown in the DBH (if you find out).

Another question regarding tendering at GSC....how was priority tendering work for platinum status? I believe it is listed as a perk.

Yes, we have also done this numerous times and also have a few cruises booked with only one CNC on each cabin and planned to buy some more next month to double up and hopefully triple up in the next year. Now, this might not be allowed so that is why I was inquiring about anyone's recent experience. Hopefully, we both will be able to still do it in the future!

Please let us know if you are going to try @julig22's suggestion by trying to apply it yourself on-line and the outcome. I really hope it works for you.

Just want to make sure you are not going to be on the Joy as the Joy has the only non-Haven suites with no butler or anything else of value (in my opinion).

It shows up in the same place as your other OBC. Did you receive a confirmation from NCL that they received your request and was applying the OBC? If not, I would re-submit by e-mail instead of regular mail.

We passed on the spirited breakfast beverage during breakfast and used our drink coupons for rum and cokes later on during the trip!

I just want to thank you for suggesting to price out the excursions. As we always book excursions directly with the vendor for Caribbean cruises, we went directly with NCL this past August/September since it was our first-time experiencing Alaska. Now with one Alaska cruise under our belt, I just did price out using the vendors directly. We will save $309.70 by booking two excursions directly. This savings will pay for one Vibe pass!

The $4.95 delivery fee started in either December 2022 or January 2023 (I do not remember exactly) which was well past the restart. We sailed in September 2022 in a non-Haven Suite on the Joy and did not have to pay for our morning coffee and croissant delivery.
