There is no bus service to the trainstation Genova Porto Principe, its a 3-5 walk from the ship to the train. Trains to Milano centrale are all hours and take 2 hours, then from Milano Centrale to Malpensa 45 min with a R train.

In this time of the year the temperatures can change quickly. Three weeks ago in Civitavecchia were 24 C and then in Genova 7 C.

They don't let you board the plane in Paris without the required visas. When the flight is booked by MSC they control the paperwork a first time before boarding the plane in Paris. So you can't board the flight without visas.

By foot you are in 5 Minutes at the train station Genova P. Prinzipe. From the ship you see the station. It depends from your experience, with YC also the 10am train ist doable, from a normal category perhaps not if you have to wait until your time. There is no shuttle bus, and no need of shuttle bus, its so near to go to the station. Normally I take a 13pm train and so I will eat lunch on board and take then the train home.

You can book with a TA in a country with smaller prices/more promos. We live in a european country and book always trough a TA in an other european country. No problem! Once I was booking with MSC direct, our country had a better promo for a short solo cruise. They saw in the system that normally I book in a other country and also my VC-Account is in this country, but it was no problem to book in our and normally in a other country. But I have to log me in the other country in my MSC account.

The World Europa isn't finished at the moment, so there are no Videos oder so. She is still in St Nazaire unter construction. The Sky Lounge on the Meraviglia/Grandiosa is often empty, so they put better another venue there. We are European/Italien an we like fish and will try the Pescaderia wenn we are in Dezember on the World Europa. We also like Gin, there are so many different types of Gin. And its a european cruise line, most of the customers are european. For us, there are enough infos about the new ship for the moment.

That isn't the fault of MSC. With your own travel and hotel arrangement it is really your problem. The terms of MSC are so, that they can change itinerary and ship as they want. You booked a ship trip but the can change dates, ports and ships as they like. All other cruise lines have the same terms and conditions in this case. And a travel insurance will not pay events like this.

And the headquarter of MSC Cruises is located in Geneva, they speak french in this part of Switzerland :-). But Schwyzerdütsch ist much nicer then french.

My embarking time for the next YC cruise from Civitavecchia ist 10 am on my papers. I will arrive at 11 at the port, that's a good time to embark normally.

Good question! We are on the DEC 31 Cruise on the new World Europa and have no information about Visa for the saudistopp.

For YC ist only the browse package and not any more browse and stream, like last year... We are normally 4 in a YC cabin and the adults have the package for two devices, so all 4 can use one device.

I am on Grandiosa this week. Yes, on this cruise to norway you can leave the ship on your own. No covid restrictions here.

I am travalling solo once a year with MSC normally in the YC. Before Covid I have to pay 150-180% of the price. Since Covid no more than 100%, so its really a good deal to travel also for last minute. I like to travel solo and to have a table for me for lunch an dinner. So I don't need solo meetings or so.

This package not per day , it is a package for 10 softdrinks or softice! So you can pay more than one of this! Look at the post from reallyme!
