it is an unwritten policy (like many things on O) bring a case at each port no problem but drink it in your cabin or pay the corkage fee

it may be one of YOUR greatest food pleasures but not everyone will have the same opinion 😉

Yes but it has gone up to $30 pp pd You can only do the upgrade once onboard AFAIK

You may want to lock in the tour now before it gets sold out also be sure to "check out " of the cart with your "free " excursions as they are not really booked until you complete the process so you may find you are SOL You can always cancel the 4th tour before embarkations day if you find a private option JMO

I guess being homeless she could not afford to pick up something in port that looked a bit better I agree missed luggage could be an issue but a baseball cap on women at dinner is unattractive & rude IMO Sorry but Oceania needs to start enforcing some of the rule/recommendations they put in their printed material JMO

Well at least you know it will be a long commute so you can choose not to do a cruise that stops there

not sure if they still have the leather dress shoes these he has had for years but still in good shape ..he does not wear them a lot LOL

I think a lot of older men wear those type of shoes they have support for our old feet 😉 DH are similar but different make He also takes Birkenstock dress shoe if space in the suitcase permits 😉

No jacket required depends on the sneakers DH has walking shoes that look like a sneaker type shoe but they are black so might not stand out like a pr of high tops would 😉

As long as you are not doing it during a meal with others I am sure no one cares Nothing worse than dining with people who are on their phones checking emails JMO

I think there are two different issues here 1) if you are flying to embark on the cruise they will not wait for you usually even using air booked by the cruise line best to fly in a day or so early especially in the winter months if coming from a winter climate 2) doing a tour with the cruise line day or overnight then they do their best to wait as posted above not always possible in some areas due to tides/dock space etc JMO FWIW what happened even 1 yr ago may not be relevant today

I think in this post covid start up many lines are having issues Check some of the other forums for Luxury lines ..they do not seem immune to the poor food & lack there of

Yes on the transfer What port is disembarkation? Yes on shore excursions but I would book ahead of time as they are limited Yes on the beverage package depending on if you take the O Life package or not There are some threads here just scroll down they discuss the ins/outs of ht excursions & beverage deals

the cruise line has no control over the airlines They will try their best to get you to the ship but if there are no seats on flights to the port you are SOL The only time I have heard of them holding the ship is for charter flights or ships tours that may run into a traffic issue Why people think the she will wait for them is beyond me JMO

Maybe they should say "Country Club Casual Plus" anything that looks better than the photo above has got to be better I agree the Maitre'd needs to step it up a notch & re direct those that dress down to go to the Terrace or change

You would think after complaining about the ones in the Grand Hallway bar area they would have learned a lesson

probably but you may want to confirm this with Oceania You may have to take your own bags off unless you have a Butler they might help Be sure to organize transport for 5:30 -6 am AMS can be busy even early in the morning JMO
