Worth it is a personal choice If you do not use a balcony much then save the money for other things Depends on the route you take as well we did NY to Southampton via Canada ..mid April 2019 it rained, snowed & we barely opened the door to the balcony the whole trip YMMV

pretty much the same on all the ships Trivia string quartet near the Grand Bar piano player in Martinis Casino (yes they have on) The nightly show is on for 9:30 pm about 45 mins Horizons have some things going on after the show it varies many people like to have dinner later so might still be dining I am sure there are other things I missed

Some airports have coat storage for just those trips We park close to the airport so not in the cold very long we leave our boots in the car Wear long pant/jeans there & on the way home I have seen people outside waiting for the shuttle in shorts & sandals in the cold & just wonder "what were they thinking" 😉

I agree on the shorter cruises it is hard to get a reservation as everyone has at least 1 res in each restaurant but when the ship is full that can be impossible to get even 1

Make sure it is unlocked In Canada they have to be read the fine print if you are tied to a contract or specific provider I am cell phone challenged but when we were looking for a phone in the USA we discovered it was not that cheap in the end

It depends on the itinerary & cabin class There are still cabins open for Nov- Dec cruises so not all waitlisted

Just tell the phone rep you want to make Specialty dining reservations

If you are using their Hotel package I would check with Oceania some have posted that they do even if not using their air

Solos are usually charged a single supplement can be any where from 25 to 100% of the PP rate Usually prices are based on double occupancy Young or old you are subject to the SS if going solo

I have not seen O every releasing photos of the ship build in progress Maybe I missed it With the World situation in the past year or so things may not be on time supplies, workers etc.. JMO
