    Yes really is a personal choice I myself prefer smaller ships If you try another line then you have something to compare NCL to & what you liked/disliked about the new line Enjoy whatever cruise you choose

    Better in what way?? If you are happy with NCL no need to try something different unless you find an itinerary or price that may suit your needs/wants most main stream lines are very similar You could probably try a Premium or luxury line if you want a change of pace JMO

    I believe you can book as soon as the seats are available & you should book early like 330 days out if using points

    I am guessing you mean Marina You asked if the beds separate The beds are larger twins & maybe not quite the same as a USA King size but close They are roomy & comfortable The top suites have King beds that do not separate (from what others report)

    We have done several Caribbean cruises with Oceania & the experience its just as good onboard as an overseas cruise Go & enjoy then decide for yourself JMO

    I think post #7 covered it all the ships in the same fleet get the same food from the same source the kitchen is where things can go pear shaped

    I agree it should not matter how you choose to spend your money I was taught to treat people the you want to be treated I worked in retail for many years & some people were just rude to the staff if things did not go their way

    IME The food quality is the same across the line they order the food from the same supplier where it gets different is the kitchen staff If the kitchen crew do not know how to cook a dish the way it should be done then it will not be the same taste as another ship in the fleet that has better trained cooks JMO

    Yes & the comment of the rich & not rich was based on their treatment I think not but that is just my opinion I was not there We have been in C cabins & were not treated any differently than friends in PH Some other friends always book insides & were treated well when Noro struck them YMMV

    If you want to pay the OBC ahead of time so you have a credit onboard it can work for those that want to minimize the final balance For us we just pay any expenses at the end of the cruise via CC either way you slice it It is your money you should spend it the way that works best for you

    The best thing to do is call your TA or Oceania & ask how much the difference is if you still want to take the O life perk but not the air I would not bother with the O Life perk if you are going to take the OBC as your perk but if you will use the ship excursions then it may be worthwhile JMO

    It is not guaranteed a 4 cat upgrade Offer is UP to 4 cat based on availability on specific cruises Read the fine print

    I do not believe so but call Oceania & ask to be sure I know some lines you can use a card in the machines & you get the amount added to your On board account We usually just use cash

    not sure they will give you the refundable portion until the last day ..never asked though so maybe they will

    What cat you get upgraded to depends on the availability at the time of booking the promo is "UP TO " 4 Categories There is limited availability in the Top suites usually so they do not need to discount them to fill those suites Same with insides they are usually booked up first JMO
