That has always been Carnival Cruise Lines target market. They have other lines available as cruisers mature. They prefer cruisers who cruise for the brand, not for the perks.

If I have a complaint about service, food, whatever on a cruise, I try to get it taken care of while on the cruise and give them an opportunity to fix or at least explain. After the fact is too late. Of course, that is just my opinion.
