  1. Well, the menu lists Petite Steak - never mentioned Filet. The real question is, was it edible?
  2. At the Puerta Maya port complex. If you are at this view and look right, you are literally there. There is normally a fair amount of foot traffic nearby - probably not as serene as it looks most of the time. The day we were there, there were only two ships calling on Cozumel - unheard of in season, but this was just before Christmas. The other ship was Disney and was all the way downtown. I think maybe you can get served there, but if not, there are a number of bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
  3. I've been on a few Royal cruises but don't care to increase that number. I think I was impressed with their breads.
  4. I don't care what they say - Guy's burgers are still great and so are the fries.
  5. When the temps are in the 20s and dropping, there is always Cozumel...
  6. Actually it does. Shopping malls don't look good on me.

  9. I don't see any Carnival brand needing such a vessel. or Carnival switching back to Fincantieri. The ship pictured in the article, is Discovery Princess, though.
  10. Yes. That was the only market where I saw a potential 208,000 ton ship, until this article which appears to be a supersized Princess design.
  11. Some are so resistant to any change. Once I tried the new system, I liked it. I didn't provide any account information and uploaded a redacted statement. I was approved and they keep a copy of it. No need for me to keep uploading. I have applied for 3 shareholder credits across two Carnival brands with the one statement.
  12. No thank you The next series that the shipyard and owner are negotiating will be able to accommodate over 9,500 people, including 7,000 passengers and over 2,500 crew members. The arrival of the first unit in the series is expected between the end of 2028 and the beginning of 2029.
  13. This is what Royal loves to hear. They like to keep cruisers and their money on the ship.
  14. No, QR-STEAKHOUSE-Menu-Oyster-apple-tarte-tatin-012023 - Copy.pdf
  15. Generally it will be on the port side going into New York and starboard leaving New York.
  16. Time lapse of ants in Cozumel mostly returning to Carnival Valor and Sailaway
  17. I liked this for seeing what wave heights I might expect. https://www.buoyweather.com/map/gulf-of-mexico You can check many areas.
  18. Only certain sailings - like transatlantic or other long sailings with lots of sea days. Then they might alternate between breakfast/lunch and brunch.
