  1. I hear what your saying but what about a person who's hard of hearing? I'm sure they would like it a little louder than most people would prefer. I'd even venture to say there are many of those types that wail Princess.
  2. Except the cabin TV is confined to one location. Speakers can be used outside. What some people consider a polite volume is only their opinion. So unfortunately there has to be a rule.... and I dislike more rules.
  3. Maybe not exactly hording, but there are certain deserts that are served on a Princess cruise that occur only once. For those things that I really enjoy, I stash a couple extra in the fridge to enjoy later. 😋
  4. I would like to meet the person who likes to hear them endlessly hour after hour. 🤪
  5. There's nothing so special about getting a medallion at home before hand that would make me want to give them $10 for the privilege.
  6. I'll bet there are a lot of folks who will be doing likewise.
  7. Without having to pay a corkage fee, 1 bottle per person. Otherwise as much wine, as you can carry. Soft drinks.... we carry 3 or 4 1 liter plastic bottles each & it's worked out fine.
  8. Don't fret if you can't complete all the information. I think they realize it at the port that many people are having problems. Just make sure you have all your documents to show them and you'll be fine.
  9. We always arrive at the terminal early and have never had the opportunity to stop at the check in desk even though we have brought wine in the past. (we just kept walking) Do they always record your cabin number or just stamp your bottles? (just curious)
  10. As much as we dislike the people arriving late & have to stand up to let them in, we still prefer the end seats in order to evacuate just prior to the end of the show. It also keeps us from being trapped in if it's a lousy guest performer. I guess it's a trade off that we're willing to accept. I'm going to enjoy watching the rush for those reserved seats when they're released to everyone else - per game entertainment.
  11. I though it would be those seats. They are the absolute best in the house. There are even some production numbers which have projections that can only be seen correctly from those locations. If you sit anywhere else, off to the side, it isn't quite the same.
  12. I still think many of the major problems are due to all the different model phones and software that the app has to contend with. They're trying to develop a generic program that can handle it all. I just populate as much as it allows and leave it at that. I've fought with it for the longest time & refuse to upset myself any longer. As long as I'm in the green lane, I've got my passport and vac. card in my pocket when I show up for boarding.
  13. I don't think there all that popular. Almost all the late people seem to find up front seats even after the show begins.
  14. I hope you gave that crew member the review he deserved.
  15. The only redeeming factor is that they work well on the ship.
  16. I've noticed that on my phone when I let the automatic fill feature do it's thing it add a space to the end of an entry and no field will populate correctly. Try doing it manually and see what happens.
  17. It sure would. Maybe someday if their package doesn't sell as well as they think it's going to. I know we're not evening going to consider it any more.
  18. That's true but boarding the ship and then getting back off to go shopping does have it's benefits, if you know what I mean.
  19. It's sometimes a choice between the overly dramatic or boring. "Let's go travel tips" pushes it to the extreme and I just can't take it. 😉
  20. I vote for the Enchanted only because it's a newer ship & a class I prefer. I couldn't care less about any Caribbean port, you may.
  21. I can understand the frustration but destruction of anyone's property on Princess would get you removed from the ship at the next port. Would that be worth it?
  22. Connection the a ships intranet works so much better.
  23. Do you know what Princess is spending for food lately per person? I suspect it hasn't changed, but their quality has seemed to slip recently due to inflation.
  24. Not necessarily. At home I usually have to many thing going on to devote lots of time to my movies. Cruising allots me the time to sit back & enjoy them as I like. Different strokes I suppose.
