I'm not sure which buffet you went to but the Enchanted is still using the ticket system right now. You can have the waiter get it for you or wait for it to be cooked. Unless you're there at peak times, they're pretty fast at making them.

Just once I'd like to hear one good reason why people are leary about being tracked. Maybe there's something I should be concerned about after all. -
Ours just wind up in our cruise junk draw. I've got to have my husband make a backboard for them.

The only reason I can see is that they can Taylor their adds specifically for me. Maybe they can possibly sell that info to other cruise lines. Who really cares anyway??

It could very well be because the dressed down standards is still relatively new to Princess and other than word of mouth or reading it on a few bulletin boards is the only way to get to the truth. Enjoy the civilized cruise lines.

If we ever returned to the Emerald style buffet, it would certainly be a shock to say the least.

Princess is slowly transitioning to newer types of production shows but it'll take awhile to break out of that old time rut that many have become comfortable with.

Not everyone lives their life in that fashion and Princess has come to accept it recently. Enjoy whatever makes you feel comfortable.

You can drink it anywhere on the ship if you first pour it in a glass. Including dinner.

After reading all the problems with initial sailings in the past, I don't know why anyone would want to bother going on one. Just put it off for a few cruises & even thing will go much smoother once they work out all the bugs and the crew begins to work together more efficiently.

The last time we were on the ship (prior to Covid shutdown) their quality & prep was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to sail on the Royal again.

For a low education job, they're doing pretty well all things considered.

Compared with taking nothing at all. It's totally unnecessary unless you want to take it.
