They have improved considerably since last March. ✔️ 😃
There was a period between Dec and March where they didn't get anything new. I was wondering what happened.
I wouldn't be to sure about that.
After talking to a dessert chef last cruise, I found out that there are many items that they purchase from out side distributors .... i.e.- the pies and some other desserts offered in the DR. I suspect that the love boar dream is also another one. (not sure)
Same with a lot of other desserts the Princess offers. The outfit that makes them has to cutback in order to maintain profits.
Something has to give and you can be sure that Princess isn't willing to spend the extra money.
Unfortunately, for some programs and movies but not all of them.
I do believe that on the Ruby that a Roku unit can still be connected to the TV and provide the ability to use earphones in their remote,
It's good to know that Princess still allows people to dress down on the European trips. Some poster would have people believe that everyone conforms to a strict formal dress code.
It was similar when the Enchanted was in the Caribbean earlier this year. Nothing to really get us to go back again and again. We went 3 nights to see if we missed anything but it never got any better.
I can't get to excited about a cup of potato salad, a few celery sticks and some rolls of salami.
There were maybe 20 people there on one of the most crowded night.
Maybe they should post a guard at the door to keep people from escaping. 🙄
Has a crew member every kicked anyone out of the PES lounge?
I doubt it.
Some people make it sound like it's a really unique lounge for only the highest of classes that can enter.
Maybe I'd take it more serious if Princess had free drinks & superior food that couldn't be had elsewhere.
No photo's but it's not that impressive.
Nothing that you can't get in the DR as I recall and since we eat dinner early it only make the line to get seated longer at around 6 PM.
They've raised the price so high that sharing seemed to be common on our last cruise. It's hard to feel that you're getting you money's worth if you only have 5 or 6 drinks a day.
My prediction is that $70 per day will soon arrive.
It's just another come on to sell the package although I suspect that if it did get overly crowded the people wit the package might/should get preferential treatment.
I haven't seen the lounge get that crowded yet.
With loads of people buying the drink package lately, they aren't drawn to get a discount on the drinks any longer.
