I use to think the same way but have come to realize it's just not that urgent to be in contact every minute of the day. The maximum length of time between free internet access is 2 days in most cases. If anything is that important, they can call me.

As long as you feel satisfied about getting your money's worth for the package both you & Princess will will be happy.

I'd say that there are very few people who could make out ahead with drinking 15 drinks a day, consistently. That is a huge part of the package price. We get free drinks at the Capt. repeater party and Capt. luncheon & for us , it's sufficient in addition to what we bring on board. We also get add'l wine at different ports to supplement what we board with. What is so important about having an internet connection? I can get internet for free at almost every port in the Caribbean to check my email & download movies (99% spam & the important items can wait). Other than the gratuities everything else is not worth it. I'm with you about taking another trip, if my waistline can handle it. 😄

Advertising fluff. It'll attract some people who believe it to be a special night. Not that there's anything wrong with it as long as they don't make me participate. 😑

It's been like that for a while now and what ever you want to call it, is OK by me. Dress if you like, or go casual & have a relaxing meal.

I can see by your response they've got you buffaloed into thinking you absolutely need all those things on a vacation. Their advertising dept. is doing a great job. Save on things you're gonna do anyway. 😆😄😄

Simply because it isn't like adding a cost of say $150 to the cruise total. In our case for our Dec cruise it was more like a $2,000 package. That's quite a bit.

I'm still amazed at the number of people who buy the package. It seems like just about everyone has it. Since it's that popular, there's no reason why Princess wouldn't increase the price, a little at a time of course.

You could always stream Netflix depending on the time of day & the numbers of people using the system. Could someone post the speed using Starling on a sea day around 12 to 1 PM.

They've been open all night long any time I've past them.

For us it was since we ALWAYS sat at one of 3 tables every day. We arrive before the buffet opens sitting there for the opening bell. We usually got the same waiter each day so they knew where we sat.

Could be. Whichever it is I'm sure Princess would opt for the cheaper of the two at the cost of quality. As long as it's appealing to the eye seems to be the most important thing these days.

Same hours for the Enchanted. The IC didn't receive the breakfast items until around 5 to 5:30 AM.

Like you say, I thought I remember eating them at the buffet. 😄

My husband often had desserts sent to our table in the buffet (key lime pie), but never to the DR. They did take 30 to 40 minutes to arrive, sometimes never.
