    That's the first Cocktail party I've heard of in a long time. Glad to hear it. How was the food?

    The last time I saw caviar was at a Captains affair a few years ago and that was limited to only what the waiters borough around at the cocktail party.

    Don't forget there are times when the DR just doesn't have at least one main course that's interesting and there's always something decent at the buffet.

    It hasn't been that way on the Enchanted for quite a while. self service has been in effect at least since Dec 2022. On casual evenings whatever you're wearing during the day is suitable for the DR, except bathing suits.

    I had forgotten about those large plates until you mentioned it. I was wondering why I have to go back 5 times to get my fill. 😆

    Why not just eat on lobster tail & go to another restaurant for a second?

    That's the first time I've heard anyone five a price for it. I think we'll pass.

    Only the people that actually have eaten one could really appreciate that comment. Same with the crabs with Old Bay seasoning.

    Especially when you consider the amount of time you'll be wearing the formal duds. Does it pay?

    I wonder if they'll go away with just a wave, like the photo use to. I haven't seen them lately.

    They just print out different stickers to place on a generic Medallion. I'm sure they have all the different sticker faces in the computer to customize any Medallion on the spot.

    That's more annoying than a ships photographer at dinner. I hope that doesn't continue.

    That's the secret so not to shrink most items, especially on the ship where Princess puts everything in their super hot dryers. We only send in older things & wash out items in our cabin sink. The good things we bring home dirty.

    I don't care for any of them but I will order the dessert, whether it's good, I'll have to decide for myself. I can hardly remember the original Love Boat dessert. It always seems that something else catches my eye.

    If there was anyplace to utilize a ships tour it would be Jamaica and definitely Trinidad. It seems that we never go to either of those ports without hearing about an incident happening.

    That describes us as well. If they had a smaller package, say with only 5 drinks, it would be worth it for us. We've done Hawaii a number of times and I suppose if we lives on the west coast we might do it more often. Since we're in Florida, it's mostly the Caribbean where T-Mobile covers almost every port with free phone service & text.
