  1. We are new to Celebrity and I need your expert advice. Can I pre order a bottle of vodka for our room? If so, where would I see that on the website or App? Is there a way to advise the MDR Maitre’d about a special diet ahead of the cruise? Or, do you just have to see them once OB? We are listed as open seating WL early. We want TD fixed seating early. Is that what we are WL for? What’s the best way to get a private table for 5 early seating? How is the kid’s club? They are 10 & 11 at the time of sailing. Do they have video games, crafts or many things to keep them busy? Any other tips you could give on X would be highly appreciated. TIA
  2. Our TA shows Open seating WL early. Is that anytime or TD? We really want early seating because we have 3 children with us and same wait staff every night due to dietary restrictions. What would be the best way to accomplish this on Celebrity? Appreciate your advise. TIA

  8. May have to call in. It should work, but who knows with IT making changes. You could try the chat feature, not sure if they could do it though. If this is for your cruise this month, you should be fine for OB purchase. You don’t have to worry about an increase for a June sailing. Once OB, you can just go on the App and add it, or go to GS or the crew around the ship selling the beverage packages. if you buy it ahead of time, you’ll pay extra for your insurance coverage. If you purchased insurance. If you didn’t, then doesn’t matter.
  9. No, that is the default date for that field on the website. So the guest will have to enter a valid date.

  11. Do you have a TA/CVP? They should do it for you. If you booked yourself online with Princess, call them for help. Did you fill out all the blanks leading up to the CC? Do you have any FCD’s? Careful, it does warn you booking the UG could change your cruise fare. Depends if you bought insurance. I let my TA do it ahead of time or buy it with OBC once OB.

  16. Wayne, Have you tried the call tree to call the regular CS line and ask to escalate the issue to customer solutions team? You probably have, but seems that the email addresses are non responsive.

  19. How did you get them in your cart? Been saving them in there since May 31st? They are not offered right now. Hoping they come back soon.
  20. Right. I use a TA and they enter the cards for FP. They are able to enter them without a problem.
  21. Great advice. The issue with the temporary renewals online, is they couldn’t locate them in the system. OP did not advice if it was online or in the mail application or if it was a new PP. Because of the issue, they stopped the online process for a while. But, at this time the OP would need the assistance of the regular passport office in MIA or of course the reps of FL. I would call the Miami passport office first thing tomorrow morning for help. We were lucky, did mail in renewals all expedited, priority mail and received them back in 4.5 weeks. We used the Philadelphia branch for our mail in.
  22. I rechecked the website rewards and PCL is not shown, but something interesting… HAL is still there, anyone can purchase, as WAS the same for PCL egift cards. However, CCL, RCCL and Celebrity are all members only purchase. Did this just change? IDK If PCL comes back with that restriction… it is relatively inexpensive to join AARP. We shall see.
