  1. Yes the time date is at the top of your photo. If it were me, I’d place my passport pic page or Dr lis and a piece of paper with name/date/time next to it. Cover all bases! 😁
  2. That’s why it’s always good to print your travel summary. They can look at that too.
  3. What? Who is this invoice from? PCL or your TA? What enhanced are you on? This sounds like just the upload info for the wellness check on the App? Now, it’s open to upload a photo 48 hours before.
  4. IDK if your out of Galveston? But, has to be very similar as others have posted. No problem. I’ve not used PCL out of Galveston, just CCL. BTW, just tell them you’ll be in the line with them, if any questions.
  5. Very simple. When you check in, there’s a line if you need to pick up at port. Or, just say you need to pick up your ocean Medallion and they will direct you. Only takes a few minutes for pickup and some ports it’s all the same line. No problem.
  6. I did not notice any in LA. Princess uses LA San Pedro port. We disembarked in Dec. But we didn’t ask about it. However, since the restart, we’ve had to ask for EZ Check at Ft Lauderdale as it was not advertised. So, if no one answers here, check with GS and ask, they have a form to fill out and must be returned about 3-4 days before disembarking.
  7. Or, if you have a TA or CVP they can check it out for you. Any other issues with the first night SD, don’t worry they WILL have room for you. They always taken care of full suite passengers on the first night. Don’t spend much time on this issue.
  8. So true! Good to know. Thank you @2relaxin
  9. @WmFCoyoteI hope you were able to get the Attending Physician statement and your DH is recovering well! @sterling2It is great you and your DH are going home. Safe travels and quick healing. After all, there will be another world cruise to get ready for!
  10. Perfectly fine. You see a lot!
  11. Ours was 2 days last month. They said 3 but was 2. However, really depends how many Elites you have OB and how full yiu are. We were about 70% full. IDK how many Elites.
  12. https://www.princess.com/learn/ships/staterooms/suites/ It’s just recently renamed Reserve Class instead of Club Class. Same thing. Do read all about the Suite experience on my link above. Enjoy!
  13. 😂 I forgot to mention, in a full suite, you don’t make reservations in the MDR, because you will have Club Class dining. You probably know that already. Just SD is all you need to do or OB.
  14. It would be the date you want the UBB. So, you can pick any day, but in the gift note, put your message… and “Date is Open.” They will receive a card on embarkation day in their cabin…stating they have a gift for the UBB and to call room service to schedule the day.
  15. Download the Princess App (MedallionClass App) Specialty Dining (SD) is under Dine my way (DMW). Pick the day you want and you will see options for SD, just click on that restaurant, pick your time and book it. Make sure to confirm it and it will say you are all set. Being in a full suite you won’t have any problems getting reservations once OB either. If you book ahead, you can always call the dine line from your room to change it if you need to. Welcome back
  16. Usually they open on the App, 59 days to about 12 days before sailing. You’ve got a while.
  17. First, let me say I hope your DW is fully recovering. What a scary event for you two. This is the email address I have if you need to request medical records from a Princess ship. mrecordsrequests@carnival.com Here’s another for the medical team: You may want to copy them: guestmedical@hagroup I hope it helps.
  18. I’m so sorry for your DH and you, having to go through all this. Hope he recovers quickly and you get home soon. If AON calls to check on your DH, then ask them exactly what you need to do to file your claim. How you claim the cruise fare lost, hotels, meals, airline tickets, etc. Did you get a copy of the medical records from the ship? If not, ask Princess assistance team for this to be emailed to you as soon as possible. You will need to keep receipts and records of everything. As soon as your home, with all the records, then you’ll be able to submit to insurance. The medical: they will probably tell you to submit to your medical insurance first. Just ask them for clear instructions. Wishing you two all the best.
  19. I’m surprised they couldn’t turn that into an OBC. If not, I would have asked to pay the difference, and change it to an UBD.
  20. It may be a little more difficult on a 5 day to wait till OB. If you have a special day in mind, you might book it ahead. You don’t have to, you could just call the dine line from your room or stop by the CG when OB and book. We always call the dine line and book on our cruise, use OBC, but we take long cruises and more dates to choose.
  21. They do and those 15-16 day cruises get more older folks too. So what? I think it’s a nice mixture of ages on most PCL cruises. They also get their share of party goers on the 7 day cruises. Oh well, to each his own. 😁
  22. I’m surprised, but I would be uncomfortable too. I know GS can do that, or other gifts like flowers, etc and those don’t come out of their own pockets. I would probably just check with GS and ask if stewards would have to pay out of pocket for such a gift? If so, I’d reimburse him with an extra tip. But, that’s just me. Let us know please.
  23. Have you tried your TA/CVP? Most have reported they have not had any luck, but worth a shot to have them try for you. If you don’t have a CVP, I would probably request one at PCL and present them with this dilemma. JMO
  24. No big deal. Try later or not. Just go when you want. They really aren’t checking that.
