  2. Wow! Sounds like a desperate attempt to increase cash flow. I wish we would have some notice about these calls. You think It is a CVP?

  4. The Legal or privacy department for Princess. They may have a clue as to why someone can access your information and make unsolicited calls. privacypcl@princesscruises.com
  5. Do you have a CVP or a TA? If you have a CVP, I’d call them, tell them about it and ask what’s going on? Or, if you go through a TA, they would know that by looking at your last cruise. Then, they are going over your TA’s head, soliciting your business. Let us know please.
  6. If they are doing these cold calls, then Princess should know about it. If they are the group called Princess Promotions with the half logo of the sea witch, then they are acting as a third party TA or a CVP? Several people have reported getting these odd calls, asking for a CC. No way. They have access to your information, except your CC. Some have even put bookings on hold, without deposits on the person’s account, without their knowledge. IDK. If it were me, I’d want to report it as fraud and get to the bottom of these unsolicited calls.
  7. Did you check on the website version of the App? You may still have it booked. Glitch recently in the Princess App. May show up later. Unless you’re talking about a past cruise.

  10. You’re welcome. Just deal with the website version of the App now, you’re so close to departure. It might show up again in the Princess App, but don’t worry about it.

  17. Sounds like a glitch to me on the App. You should have been able to book a long time ago. Try on the website version of the App. Go to your cruise personalizer, click on the cruise you have, move down you’ll see a small blue hyperlink “Try our website version of the App”. I would use my name and booking number to log in. Do not link anything or reregister. You should see Dine My Way (DMW) Try that. If you still can’t…call Princess and have them do it for you.
  18. No, PCL is not strict on boarding times, like CCL does. You can pick your boarding times on the App anytime from 59 days before to 12 days before, if you want.
  19. But, didn’t you also start another thread? You stated that you did not book any tours ahead of time, but waited until you were OB? Now, halfway through your b2b cruises, you find that the accessible tours are sold out. That is definitely a problem with all tours. Not just accessible tours being sold out, but others too, if you wait till OB. I’m sure the other cruise lines have the same problem. I am happy that you did find a tour available. Enjoy your current cruise!
