  2. Since your leaving so soon… I would work with your TA or CVP, if you have one in this. Have them contact Princess’s department that handles the handicapped cabins and see if they can help you. If you booked directly with PCL, then you would call them for help Other ideas: See if it’s possible to waitlist for an accessible cabin, if possible. Try a bidding upgrade to a suite, if that’s within your budget. Last resort, Guest services on embarkation day, to see if a handicapped cabin has opened or change to a balcony. Don’t know how full your ship is at this point.
  3. Exactly. Airlines never guarantee a seat number, only that you have a seat on that aircraft. Mainly, because of schedule changes which may entail an aircraft change. Don’t rely on EZAir for your seat. Go directly to the airline website for seat assignments.
  4. It is a pain. What I did was on my iphone, screenshot each day, clicked on albums in photos and you can see all photos in the album, screenshot that. So, tiny but you can zoom in on a day if you need to. problem is, longer cruises, more screenshots! 😆

  6. Not that I have seen. I screenshot the first night and any SD. Or, nights that are an exception.
  7. Originally, this App issue was because the phone number wasn’t entered correctly. Make sure you have your country code in plus the phone number. You may need to go through your personal information to see if it reads correctly, then try your emergency airport again. Otherwise, you can call in to PCL for help or the Chat.

  10. I thought the liquid soaps in the shower and hand washing soap was very strong and could be an irritant for some.
  11. Disagree. OP has had a lot of helpful information. If anything, it helps to sort through things. There are some really helpful and insightful people on CC. JMO But, I do agree, I’d make calls immediately to PCL, escalated hopefully, (customer solutions) and my TA.
  12. You have to call the regular Princess line, explain and asked to be transferred to customer solutions due to the urgency. How do you know John is a CVP? Definitely, let your TA know, they can see any booking that was made and maybe escalate this for fraud. They can see the history in Polar computer that PCL uses and the TA uses for bookings. Don’t think I could wait. I’d want to know right away.
  13. Same with us. Our TA was surprised. They never have problems getting all the other emails from PCL. I don’t think there are emails all the time on these changes. It’s programatic, and we know how that goes. 😳
  14. If this was booked on your account, then PCL would be able to see WHO booked it and I would call them, have them cancel it and have them report it as fraud. Have them connect you to customer solutions. Who made the deposit and what was the payment type used? That would answer a lot of questions. John, looking for a credit card for your final payment? Sound’s definitely like he was trying to steal your cc information. PCL does NOT call for payment. Someone needs to investigate this. Could this be the group that is doing cold calls and presents themselves as Princess, using half the sea witch logo? This sounds like this company has everything they need to make a booking, if they are an agency, except your credit card. This company should not be allowed access to our accounts, this opens it up to fraud. I would make sure to call after 6 am PT today. Make sure to ask questions. Do you have a Travel agent? Have you called them to inquire about this? They have PCL TA managers, whom they could escalate this possible fraud. I would call them first for direction, if not call Princess first thing this morning. Please give us feedback.
  15. Not normally. It’s usually $3 a load and & $3 a dry. But, some have reported on some ships they have been free to use. I didn’t check on any of ours recently, because were Elite. You were lucky!
  16. Yes. I would just book party of 2 under your name and cabin. It will then go on your folio after you dine.
  17. Are they able to waitlist any of the Easy excursions that you could use? It is not unusual to be sold out once OB the ship for any Princess tour.
  18. Sorry about that. Didn’t realize you’re in the middle of the cruise now. Then, they are probably sold out. I would try to waitlist if there are any excursions that would work. The excursion desk should know.
  19. You just call the dine line and book it. They didn’t bring us a bill in December, they just charged it to our room.
  20. Should this be Jan 17 & Jan 27, 2024? I looked at those and the excursions are not available yet to book. It’s too early. They are not sold out.
  21. Can’t you just come off the ship and hire a taxi for a rock tour? You used to be able to get a taxi tour for 1.5 to 2 hours. Any idea what they are charging? Can’t find real current info. Seems the cable car might be more difficult with a full ship. TIA
  22. Yes, I’ve always seen tours available, in fact, same tours on some cruise that were duplicated for accessibility buses. Unless, they were tendered ports.
