They say pharmacies can give it now if you are positive for covid, without a Dr’s script. Didn’t know that was approved.
They must have asked you about your medical history?
Maybe they did not include the right information that is required?
You just need a copy of your statement. Mark out the account number. Has to show your name, address, quantity of shares.

Really sorry you two got sick and your treatment OB. I’m surprised as we’ve done 6 weeks this year on the CB and GS was great. But, we did not get covid.
We noticed a lot of new, untrained employees though, who gave out wrong information. But, that’s true everywhere.
Did you get a copy from medical showing your positive cases? Did you buy insurance?
It seems as though some ships have been giving a paper out to those who test positive with instructions. I don’t understand why this isn’t a standard practice throughout all the ships.

This would fall under flight interruption. Did you buy insurance? You could make a claim.
You could send an email, explain the situation with your names, sail date, ship and booking number to request a reimbursement.

We really enjoy the UBB. We do it on a port morning that we are not getting off very early or have been to many times.
But, you will get a card that says you purchased it and call room service line when you want ti set the date and time. You may want to check the weather to make sure it’s a nice day in the forecast.
I book it and in the memo area, you could put the time, if you wish. But, they still ask you to call RS and confirm date and time.
We also love the UBD. It is fantastic and love to do that as well.
Where on the App are you bringing up a list of Fred’s? The Compass?
I used the App to locate my travel friends and family, but they also had to accept it.

You can do this on the website version also.
But, you can absolutely pick up at the port at the checkin counter. Only takes
a couple of minutes.

If you really want to, call PCL first thing in the morning, pick option for Medallion App, or try website version of the App.

When the waiter comes over to you, he can see your info and takes the order. He would verify your name and can see your photo, so he knows it’s you.
They don’t need to scan the OM, unless his device is not working.
