Yes, for sure that's likely the problem. It's been discussed throughout this thread. Navigator doesn't need wifi.

Actually it’s 7 and 10. I tried to do a screenshot but my iPod is not cooperating. I still am showing the old menu on the navigator.

It is very, very reasonable on the ship for them. I’ve found free internet on shore to be super slow. Have you ever talked to a crew member about this because I have, or are you just assuming?

There is curry in some Italian food. I remember a pasta dish at a restaurant we used to dine at before it closed. It had curry in it. -

Thank you for all the info and that of your colleague as well. You were kind enough to give us the number of passengers on each sailing the last season. Is that something you will be able to do again close to the sailings? It looks to me that sailing are pretty full at least prior to Christmas. Thanks. -

I was staying at the Spring Hill suites across the street so it was great. I had a birds eye view of the line. It was pretty quiet in March. -

I hope it’s open. Don’t know if you are cruising on the koningsdam but it was not open for the 2 weeks I was on in March and my recollection was that it wasn’t open in November 2021. I physically went and checked in March. I don’t like the cafeteria so the mdr is my choice. -
I liked the idea that @Hlitnercame up with. Tell the pinnacle that you are going up to the lido to get your salad (or whatever your app choice may be) and get the other “freebie” from the pinnacle. Stupid is as stupid does 😛.

I'd like to see that. I bought mine for something like $50 a day. That was worth it to me. If I would have booked it outright it would have been more than $100 a day. No way is that worth it. I have maybe 4 drinks a day including coffee and perrier so they are winning.

Well cut the restaurant portion out of it. I don't care. Have drinks and crew incentive in it. Are there other cruise lines doing this? These brain surgeons pulled this crap in the mdr charging for an extra entree. I've never had an extra entree but it irritated me just the same. That went down in flames so now they are trying this garbage in the pinnacle.

Absolutely. My last time in san diego I went up to the pool level. They had some nice seating opposite the pool and I could watch to goings on at the port. I've never been kicked off an hotel premises after checking out. -
It’s not just passengers that should have decent service it’s the crew too. They do use the internet on the ship. It’s much cheaper for them. I guess there would be some on this thread that would say they should stay at home it they have families 🙄.

Thank you for the information. I tire of the posts that say just show up whenever. I hope it’s enforced. I’m a rule follower so I do as I’m told. Everyone has to check out of their hotel at the same time. That’s my favourite excuse to hear 🤪. -

There has been many times that I’ve read my work email on the ship. It stressed me more to leave it. With the job I have now I told them is was important to me to have work life balance and they agreed before I signed the offer. That’s been forgotten so I won’t be reading emails on my next trip.

While I many not have two “appetizers” in the pinnacle I definitely do in the tamarind. It’s a slippery slope. Where does it stop? I do not eat constantly all day on burgers, fries, cookies, cakes milkshakes like it seems some do. No wonder they won’t have two apps. I wouldn’t even eat dinner if I did that.

I’m speaking more of the cruises NOT associated with the casino but that too. I’ve seen many people on here that have casino rates saying they won’t take club orange, they don’t do upsells because it will cost them more than the $200 they paid for the cruise. Fine. I’m sure there are examples of people that do spend a lot in association with a free cruise but I’m sure many do not.
