We’ve missed the AzAMazing Evenings on two of our cruises this year because I’ve been having some foot problems and am having difficulty walking (especially on cobblestone or marble). In July, we missed the one in Ephesus and this past week we missed the one at the fort in Dubrovnik. While I’ve enjoyed the ones we’ve attended, some of the venues are not conducive to older people. Of course, there appeared to be a lot of people in their 30’s and 40’s on last week’s cruise too, as well as some teenagers and a couple of 8 year olds.

They still apply the B2B OBC even if you have one confirmation number. Also got the promotions offered for each cruise.

My husband and I are currently on the Pursuit ending the first leg of a B2B, and were on the Quest in July. Both cruises had several first time Azamara cruisers, and everyone we spoke to loved the cruise and said they would book again. Pursuit is completely sold out for the next segment of our B2B.

Thanks-searched for awhile since I had nothing better to do but couldn’t find anything. Did you have to ask for them? My husband tested negative so he doesn’t have to isolate. They moved him to a different cabin.

What’s the FCC they’re giving you for the days in isolation? I’m currently in isolation on the Pursuit for 5 days. Of course, it’s when all 4 ships are together in Koper, which is why I booked this itinerary! Diana

They provide a shuttle in Edinburgh, but I can’t remember offhand which other ports (if any) had them last July. I used to take home every day’s Insider, but I’m trying to clean out all my junk so have been throwing them out.

Yes, and I posted several times to be sure and check the Insider as soon as you board because they’ve been having them the first day recently.

I’m on Pursuit right now, and so far they’ve had shows at 8:15 and 9:30 each night.

There was only one other couple at the Meet & Mingle on the current Pursuit voyage. Lots of drinks and appetizers though! They even waited until slightly after Sailaway (1/2 hour) to hold it.

Azamara has instructions on the TA site. I saved them so I could follow them as I booked. It takes a little getting used to, but it’s not difficult.

Did you book through a travel agent? They can book shore excursions using OBC fairly easily.

There are only 6 washers and dryers so it can get pretty busy. After doing our own laundry for several cruises, we finally decided last year to just send it out and save ourselves several hours. Their prices per item are very reasonable, and they do have the special promotions.

I have an “e-ticket “ that my travel agent sent with boarding passes for our upcoming cruises, but as beatnix mentioned above it isn’t necessary to have them.

They also offer specials on multiple laundry bags sometimes. On our last cruise, they had 5 bags for $100 or similar.

Do you have an ATM card from your bank (non-debit)? That’s what we use and our bank reimburses fees.

I changed TA’s recently. Before doing that, I asked my new TA if they had any issues booking and dealing with Azamara and she told me that they had no problems with booking Azamara.

I booked 5 additional cruises for 2024-2025 when we were onboard in July, because we really liked the itineraries and price was and inclusions were good. All we have down is the reduced deposit for onboard booking which we will put a credit card claim for if necessary.

We board Pursuit in 3 weeks-does anyone know who the officers will be?

We’ve stayed at Hotel Santa Maria Trastevere several times.

Our transfer from Chioggia to Venice dropped us off at Tronchetto and we had to take the People Mover to Piazzale Roma.

The HD told me last year that Cruise Critic used to supply the name tags and no longer do so. The Assistant AD stopped in at one that was on Quest earlier this summer.
