Do you know when Ryzsard (HD) will be back? -
We’re booked on a 7 night cruise in October using our 4 free nights. I repriced every time there was a promotion and it was always lower with the free nights. We booked on board last year so got the OBC for onboard booking and we booked the previous cruise so got the OBC for the B2B also.

I normally make my reservations through an agent that’s a member of Virtuoso-some cruises have extra OBC available or a special excursion.

I spoke to the Hotel Director on Quest last year about booking a space for a small group of people that were attending private shore excursions that I had set up, and he put me in touch with the Concierge.

We were in Bordeaux last year on Azamara - we docked right in the center of the city.

Ours has always been correct too, and we have 3 cruises booked. Our balance due is also correct for all 3 cruises. We also received emails from Azamara confirming our OBC for all cruises and that was also correct.

Someone reported on another thread that they were able to call Azamara and book the shore excursions over the phone using their OBC. This was a few days ago and she said she was able to get through very quickly.

I received an email from Azamara on May 17 showing the amount of OBC we have, but I haven’t tried to book anything yet.

Same here as far as payment being processed today through TA without any issues-haven’t tried to book excursions yet (need to go through options with my husband and it’s a real pain not having a PDF he can just look at). I was also able to update our new passport information online.

Those “flies” are called midges. Surprised you didn’t encounter them in Cleveland-they’re all over our window screens. We get them every May!

We also stay there when we’re in Rome and really like it!

We stayed at Banks Hotel before our cruise last August. It was a block from a tram stop from the train station and easy to get trams for sightseeing from there. We also took a tram from there back to the train station and transferred to another to the port.

Glad to see there is still a Meet and Mingle on the schedule since there doesn’t seem to be a way to register for it at this point.

When I check for our July cruise, Azamara shows transfers from port to the airport for $29.82 and to Venice City for $23.61.

Hi Laurie, Do you normally bring bottles from Europe to the US in your wine suitcase too? If so, have you had any problems with US customs? We bought a 12 bottle suitcase a couple years ago, and recently bought an 8 bottle one during a sale that I thought we’d take on this summer’s cruises. Diana

What company did you use for a transfer from Padua to Chioggia and what was the cost? We’re doing the opposite when we disembark in Chioggia in July. I was planning to book the Azamara transfer to central Venice and then take the train, but the car would probably be easier.

We were there on our first Azamara cruise in 2012. We walked the walls and took the cable car. We booked this one to use our 4 free days. There are a couple ports we haven’t been to before.

We’re doing back to back Best of the Med September 26 and then Croatia Intensive on October 7.

I saw the transfer options and thought the prices are very reasonable. Chioggia to Mestre would be a good option for us as we will be headed to a train station when we disembark in October.

Hi Nancy, Which sailing are you on in October? We were on the 2016 cruise with you and did some private shore excursions with you then. We’re on the Pursuit Croatia Intensive that leaves from Venice October 7. It’s the second leg of a back to back, so don’t have to worry about getting to the port! Diana
