  1. I *CAN* say for certain, No you cannot.
  2. Cocktails ordered to your room (if even possible) are not covered by your package.
  3. Exactly, the choices rarely if ever make it to the ship.
  4. Pretty self-explanatory - Aurea gives you full flexibility on time at which you'd like to dine and size of table, however the two-tops will still be on top of each other. Fantastica is *supposed* to offer your dining preference (early vs late) but if there are more than one "early" seaings on US cruises (say a 5pm and 7:30pm) you cannot specify WHICH seating. Deuces can normally be accomodated on all sailings if you are willing to be flexible about the time you dine - so if you were booked at 5pm at a sharing table but were willing to dine at 9:15 (or whatever the last seating is) that might be arranged. Really all depends on how full the ship is. Bella - you get what you get and you don't pitch a fit (as my girl scout troop leader would say). For seated breakfast and lunch you can ALWAYS request "not to share" a table and while the Maitre d' will be grumpy, they will accommodate you. If you can't sort the dinner issue there is always the buffet or specialty dining.
  5. Hum.. never seen that before in YC. Thank you for the info.
  6. Incorrect; ALL drinks in the mini bar are included. If you are in YC anything in there to drink is included (the snacks are, indeed, one and done in the mini bar)
  7. What's the ship & sailing so that we can check availabilty... Now for some unsolicited advice. First, check the price to UPGRADE directly to Yacht Club. (You say there are none, but there might be) OFTEN that price is cheaper than the max bid. Makes sense? Nope, but also very often the case. Sometimes there are no cabins in those categories to be had - this is an outside company that sends out the offers and they are data mining. Also, they like to keep bids in reserve in case someone upgrades, cancels or changes. You might not find out until a day before your sailing if your bid was accepted - best way is to check your credit card to see if the amount is shown as a pending charge.
  8. 1. It depends since there is no published match schedule but most likely Diamond 2. Correct, once you pair a device that's it. Your status doesn't have any difference in how much it might cost but will depend on whether you want "browse" or "browse & stream". Figure about $100 (but if you log into your reservation you can see) 3. $14.50 per night, per person, but that can always change 4. Huh? There are 2 in your room, you can get more. Just don't be one of those "expletive redacted" guests who leave them in Cozumel, Costa Maya, etc because they don't want to drag a wet sandy towel back to the ship.
  9. Yes, easily. You pay the difference. You can have your TA do it or call MSC.
  10. I know we are supposed to be all nice & civil, but this is literally the dumbest thing I have read on here today. Thanks for the chuckle.
  11. There is no problem in doing that, but they will pour doubles. NO issue.
  12. Which is why so many recommending using a TA when dealing with MSC.
  13. Yes you can do it at the same price you can do it before boarding PLUS the gratuity (which you avoid by booking in advance.) Worth it if you have OBC since you can't use that ahead of time.
  14. We stayed at the H10 Hotel Cubik - it was so affordable and the breakfast buffet was the BEST of our entire trip. Highly recommended.
  15. Wow. Our first NCL cruise booked and was definitely going to upgrade for the Veuve. Now, not so much.
  16. Wow, so if the cruiseline ASKS YOU KINDLY in a posted "letter" to use a cup to fill you WON'T FOLLOW THE REQUEST? Wow. So rules are just suggestions? Ok, good to know.....
  17. Yes, there are hair dryers in the top drawer of the vanity. The little travel ones. They will do the job but aren't fancy by any means.
  18. Yes, you can access coffee/tea/hot water 24/7 at the buffet. No, there are no hot water kettles in the cabin.
  19. I, personally, found them undrinkable. But that's my opinion.
  20. What would be the reason for doing this?
  21. TECHNICALLY they are not allowed, but people report bringing them on with them. There was recently a report on a social media site about a Revlon hair dryer/straightener almost catching fire due to fluctuating voltage (?/current?) onboard.
  22. Two things: 1) you can cash out your OBC at the Casino if you don't want/need to spend it and 2) you can bring a drink with you INTO the specialty restaurants if you don't want to upgrade. Oh, I guess there are 3 things... Yes, I agree with @CruizinSusan70 that the well spirits are, indeed, no name rot gut
