Thank you Bob. I hadn't played a round of golf for about 7 years but was reluctant to let my clubs go but hopefully the people who bought them will enjoy them rather than them sitting in the back of my garage.

Thank you Lenda. I always looked after my golf clubs and they all had head covers on to stop the clubs knocking against each other in my golf bag. The guy who bought my irons,putter and 60° lob wedge last week said he couldn't believe how new they looked.

Good afternoon. It is 62°F and sunny and I'm relaxing in our back garden. Last week I accepted my arthritis would prevent me playing golf again so I sold my Callaway irons and Taylor Made Putter. I have just sold my King Cobra driver to a nice couple who collected it from our house. I hope everyone is happy.

It is 14.35pm and the sun is out. Quiet here this afternoon. I sold my King Cobra driver and sitting relaxing in the garden now.

Good morning. I have been awake since daybreak at 5am when it was foggy outside. It is partly sunny and 52°F now at 09.53am. I finally accepted my arthritis would prevent me ever playing golf again and sold my Callaway irons and Taylor Made putter last week and I have someone coming today to buy my King Cobra Driver. Sorry to hear about your injury Roy. I know you have sailed on Royal Caribbean and I just heard 2 weeks ago Captain James McDonald had a heart attack on Harmony of the seas and was medivaced to Cozumel but sadly died.

I had that late yesterday afternoon too for around 2 hours but it happened on all the forums I post on. I logged out and tried as a visitor and the same message showed.

Thank you for your complimentary words. I am 5 hours ahead of US Eastern time and it is currently 15.16pm here in North East England. This morning Pauline went to the hairdresser's and I dropped her off and got a McDonald's sausage and egg mcmuffin and coffee and went to the beach. The sea fog was quite dense so I couldn't see anything from the car. After Pauline came out of the hairdresser's we went back to the beach with coffee and hot chocolate and the sea fret lifted so we could see the sea.
