Good afternoon. It is 45°F and cloudy here. Cigarettes are extremely dangerous for your health. I stopped smoking aged 21 which was 46 years ago when I realised what they were doing to my health. Pauline was frantic 4 years ago after my heart attack when I was in cardiac care in hospital as I was always fit and strong and it shocked us both. Good morning. It is 43°F and raining here. Thank you for today's daily reports. There are lots of ways to conserve energy. I have sold chocolate for over 35 years and detest dark chocolate but it is healthier than milk or white chocolate. I don't agree with today's quote. The food sounds nice.
