Thank you Jane. My doctor who works a couple of days a week for the muscular skeletal team told me last June when I had my first steroid injection in my knee. His referral got misplaced and he sent another one a few weeks ago when I had my second steroid injection in my knee. I phoned last week to chase the referral and today's assessment confirmed what he said. We have 5 cruises booked so I'm reluctant to do anything until next July. Graham xx

Thank you Kalos. 2 steroid injections in my knee. 1 epiretinal membrane removed. 2 facial basal cell skin cancers. 1 heart stent. 2 cataract ops done. I think someone is sticking pins in a doll for me 🤔🤣

I asked about Steroid injections. They said if it had been tendons, bursitis etc they would work but with severe arthritis the replacement or exercises is recommended.

Sailing from Rome you could stay 2 or 3 nights in beautiful Rome. Then any of these. Kusadasi Turkey. Santorini Greece. Athens Greece. Corfu Greece. Mykonos Greece. Kefalonia Greece. Rhodes Greece. Crete Greece. Best time is end of September to end of October. It is warm 75°F but the humidity is lower than July/August and quieter. We have been to all of the ports and they are lovely. Graham.

I was told it could be up to 1 year. I just need to phone the muscular skeletal clinic back within 6 month's to be placed on the hip replacement list so I will see how things go.

We have just had a snack. The Vane Tempest beach I spoke about yesterday where all the sea glass is is just below us.
