Good morning. It is sunny and 10°C here. I had my hips assessed at 08.30am at the muscular skeletal unit and confirmed replacements needed although I will put off as long as possible. I hope everyone has a great day.

Copenhagen is a wonderful destination Rich. The Little mermaid, Nyhavn and Tivoli gardens are the main attractions open 11am-22.00pm as well as the palaces. Stroget the longest shopping street in Europe is a must for shoppers. I hope this helps you or any other passengers who have never been to Wonderful wonderful Copenhagen. Graham.

Good morning. It is sunny and 48°F here in North East England. This morning I saw the muscular skeletal physio who confirmed I need hip replacements but I asked for an exercise program to delay the operation's although there is up to a 1 year waiting list. I hope everyone is well.

I went to the muscular skeletal unit at 08.30am this morning and my hips were assessed. Hip replacement is needed but I asked for specific strength exercises to do as the waiting list is up to 1 year and I want to put off as long as possible. Paulines sister looks very much like Pauline. I will give today's food a miss until I see what Debbie @dfish shows. Prayers 🙏 for everyone who is on the care list to be well. There are always people picking the glass off Seaham beach. It is illegal but no one to enforce it. Lots of sea glass available on eBay etc on line.

Thank you Sandi. There is always a few dozen people on the beach looking for the glass and we have seen lots of nice pieces of coloured glass at Seaham vane tempest beach. Vane tempest also had a large underwater coal mine and there used to be a lot of coal washed up on the beach which locals would help themselves to. Graham.

I have a physio appointment tomorrow. I phoned the hospital last week because I got a text saying they would be in touch soon after 2 doctor's referrals over several months. I spoke to a supervisor last week who checked and said there had been a mistake and she got me an appointment 7 day's later. Graham x
