  1. I pre-booked shows on line a few weeks before boarding Iona. When we got on Iona in March I got the My Holiday app put on my phone at the help desk and sat down and booked all of our dining on the app. We always have room service breakfast so didn't bother booking breakfast. For lunch we preferred going to the Quays for Fish and chips or the Asian stir fry dishes.
  2. Lovely photos Joy. You always have a lovely smile on your face. Graham.
  3. When I was a child we regularly got 2 feet of snow but now with global warming it is usually 2-4 inches here in North East England.
  4. Good afternoon. It has just stopped snowing. It is currently 32°F but tonight is forecast for 15°F. We have just got home from the shops.
  5. Good afternoon. We have just got home after a trip to the shops. It has warmed up to 0°C but tonight is forecast to be the coldest of the year with temperatures dipping below 20°F. I like Earl Grey, Yorkshire, peach and Lemon tea. I hope everyone is safe and well. Graham.
  6. Good afternoon. It is snowing here now at 12.10am. Thank you for today's daily reports Rich and Roy for the various lists. I think most of us have probably the gifted things that we did not want. Cat herders do a great job. Today's food sounds nice. Good wishes for everyone on the care list. Take care.
  7. You could try booking the short stay car park through holiday extras and book the Hilton Doubletree separately. I do this with the Premier Inn.
  8. Good morning. It is freezing 27°F and it is just starting to snow 🌨️. Best wishes to everyone.
  9. I absolutely agree about Pit Bulls. It is so sad hearing an elderly lady was killed by 2 of them escaping from their yard. I love all animals but question why anyone would want a Pit Bull with their fearsome jaws and reputation. Graham.
  10. We had B754 which was very quiet. TV was a small flat screen above the Kettle station and there was no connection to sky or BBC while docked in Las Palmas Tenerife.
  11. We got off Azura on December 2nd after 14 nights. IMO the ship was in excellent condition in fact much better than Ventura we were on in October. Lots of Christmas decorations and Christmas trees around the ship. Food in Epicurean and Sindhu was excellent. The Glass house was a pleasant surprise and the food was excellent too.
  12. Very interesting. Geography is very interesting and was my favourite subject when I was in grammar school in the UK.
  13. The Smokey Robinson and the Miracles hit record Tears of a Clown always sadly resonates with me when I hear stories like this.
  14. Thank you for your advice and kind words about Pauline. I'm pleased to hear you are feeling a lot better now. Graham.
  15. Nice to hear you are well wowzz. I suspected you were having an extended holiday and your Villa looks nice.
