We were in 19016 in April and it was perfect for us, once or twice might have heard noise from deck 20 but very infrequent, was very spacious, had closet and drawer space, family was in 19022 and that was “slightly” smaller but the same amount of storage, would not hesitate to book any cabin on deck 19. I always intended to walk the hallways of deck 16 and/or 18 to see if those Interiors were as spacious as ours but never did. Regardless our Interior Yacht Cabin was great. And would book an Interior on 16 or 18 if 19 booked up. (Booked Seascape for November, deck 19 was booked, think I booked deck 18.)

Thank you to both @markwfpb and @Essiesmom, I never knew that box was there either, never paid any attention to it, and with further research found out it is there for every Cruise Line, will make research for a particular Ship much easier.

Now that @MeganGC1983 and @Hogladyrider have mentioned your luggage, I will add how sad I feel for that poor little piece of luggage, seems no one cares about it, maybe @HelloItsMeB will care now that she is with you. Someone needs to care! It seemed to be on its own throughout the Caribbean, who knows what will happen to it in Europe.

Agree, we have sailed both Bella and Fantastica, both Interior and Balcony, and our one YC, never had a bad experience. Your Countdown is on, hurrah for you!

What I read was not recent, glad to hear there are many compliments out there now, enjoy your cruise, we have only experienced YC once and it was wonderful.

You did give us an interesting read! Initially when I clicked on topic I thought it was about “YC tips” and not “YC tips!”

Per Cabin (not per passenger).

One of our reasons as well. We use the Spa minimally but enjoy the location. Husband appreciates the proximity of the Gym. Also one or both of us use the Spa showers as opposed to shower in Cabin, throw on a robe and off we go, very convenient.

- this thread has been revived! I am happy Grandiosa is coming to Port Canaveral in 2025/end of 2024, have been looking at Interior Yacht Club ever since sailing on Seashore Yacht Club in April. But have also been reading some of her reviews. Not real great. But also realize everyone has different expectations/experiences. Guess no question here, just deciding.

@sid_9169 quick question, if you had to choose between Jiji Asian and Steakhouse on Horizon (doesn’t look like you ate at Steakhouse on this trip but you have eaten at several on other Carnival ships) what would you choose? Anyone else want to chime in?

We’re with you all the way, at least I am, it’s been great, love your “stories,” cruise on, not over yet is it, of course not, isn’t 10 days great?!

On Horizon in September, am definitely going “to try” to remember to ask the server for separate plates for particular choices!

Sorry you could not dock, does happen, we have been there several times and have always been able to dock, hopefully next time for you.

@eroller beautiful pics, we have been to Ocean Cay several times and enjoy it, what I most agree with is “thankful MSC didn’t turn it into an amusement park.”

Pub on Mera is a really nice venue, quiet during daytime, often played games there (had our own), usually a solo guitar guy there in evening, once people figure it out it becomes busy. We have enjoyed the Fish’nChips and Hamburgers, food is prepared at Butchers Cut which is just across the way, but sorry no menu.

Cannot add a “like” to that, sorry, always enjoyed taking pics of the various engraved benches on the ships. I guess it’s now down to the 🛟, hopefully those will continue to be imprinted with name of ship, otherwise how will anyone know where the overboard individual with the 🛟 around his waist belongs.

I would suggest all posters since Sid went dark have proved themselves to have “wit!” and “grit!”

We have sailed Divina several times, enjoy the ship, never Yacht Club on Divina but I do know the YC restaurant as at the opposite end of the YC, have done Interior and Balcony, really enjoyed the Aft Balcony on her, would not hesitate to book again.

Not that it really matters, and I’ll find out in a couple months anyway, (thanks to the @Jamman54 and Patti review months and months ago and now looking forward to Venezia even more thanks to you - Carnival really needs to thank you guys!), do the benches have Venezia imprinted on them or are they the new version Carnival has come out with, plain?

Well I hope he didn’t forget to pack his ‘new’ earplugs, the ones he made a special trip to Home Depot for one day last week at lunchtime, you didn’t, did you Sid?
