  1. So equinox IS open for Pubcrawls but you just need to make prior arrangements and perhaps pay a fee, yes?
  2. No one should ever make plans to be on a specific Island on a specific date. They’re just too many things that can change. Construction in the Port area, bad weather, mechanical issues, etc
  3. Since the restart, it is no longer a thing. Suite and zenith level passengers get priority boarding but no others do. With the streamlined boarding procedures, it doesn’t really matter much anymore that Concierge, Aqua, Elite, etc. no longer have priority boarding
  4. Celebrity usually matches local time but not always. You will find that be local tour vendors are well aware of what’s going on and they’ll be ready for you no matter what
  5. Gratuities over and above are appreciated but not expected or demanded. If you ran into a steward or waiter who seemed to be pressuring you to give extra, they should be reported to management
  6. You can always ask but it’s not likely that you will get an upgrade once on board.
  7. Could you change the children to simply sail rate (if they arent already) and then just add back the gratuities? And you should be able to prepay the gratuities regardless
  8. I would not Upgrading you package because of a single item. You are paying a lot of money to upgrade. Simply order the amaretto and if it is a dollar or two more, just pay it at the time.
  9. What DOESN’t work in restaurants is the Captain’s Club Happyhour. the beverage packages does apply in restaurants
  10. The app is just sad. Embarrassing. Waste of time.
  11. On Celebrity this is known as select dining. With luck you should be able to book for every night of the cruise, using the app.
  12. Two or three bottles of water, a caffee latte, a fresh squeezed juice, a beer at lunch, a pre-dinner cocktail, a glass of wine with dinner, an after-dinner drink, at all adds up

  14. There are way too many choices for there to be a simple answer to that question. Martini? Margarita? Scotch in water? Cuba libre? Kahlua and cream? What brand of liquor?
  15. We might as well ask, will Celebrity ??? have formal nights like Royal does or will celebrity have soda machines like Royal does or will Celebrity ?? do anything that Royal does. At this point no one knows. Opinion is that if it becomes too much like Royal, there will be nothing to differentiate Celebrity and that would not be a positive for the brand

  18. I have prepaid gratuities but not using onboard credit. I had to pay them on my credit card. If you’re going to use onboard credit anyway, I’m not sure what the advantage of prepaying is.
  19. After the restart, a lot of procedures changed. I used to be able to hand my insulated coffee mug to the barista who would fill it with my cappuccino. I would then hand over my seapass card to be swiped. The new procedure tried to minimize the things that each employee touched, so the coffee shop staff no longer would take my cup from me to Phillip, and they only looked at my seapass card and wrote down my stateroom number. I noticed the same in the shops. The sales staff no longer would touch my card, I would just set it against the card reader. Also leaving the ship, security never touched my card. So will they fill your insulated mug? Maybe. But if they don’t, they will hand you a drink and you can pour it into the mug on your own.
  20. Yes they are doing the new muster, and you check in prior to sailing.
  21. There’s no need to be so aggressive. People cruise all the time without cell phones and apps. Maybe they don’t own a cell phone, maybe they left it at home, maybe it broke, maybe it doesn’t have any battery left, y’all can get checked in without a phone!
