  1. Equinox is not done any dance classes, Probably because the cast is brand new and hasn’t had a chance to settle in yet Summit and silhouette had dance classes run by members of the production cast.
  2. Its always wise to double check but the on board staff ARE given a kist of continuing passengers. Someone might be inadvertently omitted once in a while though.
  3. I remember those days with lunch at the bistro on 5–lovely soup and sandwich for back-to-back passengers.
  4. Having the lunch for the back-to-back guests in the ocean view would rather defeat the purpose, wouldn’t it?
  5. Probably not because you won’t be on their list of back to back passengers. Your sideways transfer isn’t quite the same as back to back on the same ship, which is what that lunch is designed for
  6. Ask yourself, what do you like to do at home? For us, we like to watch movies (So we download some and cross our fingers that there might be something showing on the ship that we’d like to see), I knit while listening to audio books (so we bring along several projects and books to listen to) we go to the gym (reluctantly but at least on the ship there’s an interesting view) we both write (poetry and short stories now but i’m thinking about a novel) talk on line to friends and family. So we do all of those things on the ship. There are things we do on the ship that we would never do at home, like take dancing lessons. What we don’t like to do is shop for food and cook for ourselves. So the ship is a perfect fit. We don’t go to the shows but I enjoyed listening to the singers around the ship and the various bars. Sometimes we even dance
  7. In South America, the dinner service is often pushed later because passengers from their prefer to eat later and that pushes the shows later too, but they are still coordinated so you can have your dinner and see the show both
  8. A search turned of this, and there were other threads as well so if you do research you can probably find more
  9. Why feel like you have to overcome your negative mindset. Use your onboard credit or something else you will enjoy more
  10. Never seen it. They only have what is on the menu (see post #2)
  11. I have never seen cereal served at the elite breakfast on any Celebrity ship. Perhaps you’re confused with another line, Cublet?
  12. Oh don’t get us started on all the handicap accessible failures on edge
  13. Thousands of suitcases need to be taken to staterooms, pallet after pallet of supplies are onloaded and need to be put in the proper storage areas, new staff come on board and need to get checked in and settled in their quarters, and so much more goes on behind the scenes. Yes, the crew is just busier on embarkation day.
  14. You were calling Captains Club, yes? Which number did you use?
  15. No, their info was correct. The repo cruise went all the way down To the ABC ISLANDS, which are defined in the Act as being distant Foreign ports. To go from one US Port to a different Us port you must visit a distant foreign port to go in and out of the same US port, any foreign port will do. boarding in Key West would have turned the cruise from a closed loop cruise where any foreign port would work, to an open loop cruise, where the ABC ISLANDS or some other distant foreign port would have been required
  16. Interesting but that didn’t answer the question. Did you receive the Captains Club instructions in your stateroom? A form like tge one in post #22.
  17. At this stage I would say that the chances of any balconies opening up are pretty small since you are after final payment and any state rooms being held by Travel agent will have been released by now.
  18. Did you receive the Captains Club instruction sheet in your stateroom? Did you keep it for your files? What did it say about happy hour drinks being ordered in a restaurant?
  19. It was interesting that several times taking a taxi to a beach or an attraction was mentioned, as opposed to promoting Celebrity shore excursions. I was surprised to see that
  20. But on Celebrity they really dont care what state or country you come from…when sailing out of North America, they go with 21
