  1. I don’t believe that Captains Club can do anything about making spa appointments for you. If you are in a suite the shoreside concierge might be able to help.
  2. When is the cruise? When did you book it? Are you past Final Payment?
  3. A medical evacuation could cost you way more than a car
  4. It would help if you would tell us what kind of request
  5. Before my first cruise, a neighbor came by to give me some advice. He said he always smuggled some vodka aboard and brought a blender because there was so much fruit available on the buffet, and he could make his fruity blender drinks in his room. Never tried it.
  6. And depending on the port. Where were you?
  7. No because there is no Retreat Sundeck
  8. The wellness check is two or three questions at most. You can do it while you are at the port. If you forget, or you don’t have Wi-Fi access, they will just ask you those same questions during the check-in.
  9. I suppose that, unless they take a busman’s holiday and book a cruise on Celebrity, this reciprocity (whatever it might be) wouldn’t mean much. Something extra in their pay envelope would be nice and I hope they were recognized in that way, too.
  10. I am reminded of the quote from Seinfeld, said to the car rental agent “ see, you know how to take the reservation; you just don’t know how to hold the reservation “
  11. In February a friend had a need, unexpectedly, for a mobility scooter. There was no way to park it comfortably in her stateroom. Every night, her steward took the scooter to the alcove next to the library, plugged it in, and after overnight charging, returned it to her the next morning. It was never parked in a hallway where it would have been a traffic hazard. The steward said this was the standard operating procedure for passengers who had not been able to book accessible state rooms. This was on Millennium,
  12. 8-10, the locale varies so look at the invitation you will get listing all the Captain’s Club events. The choice of buffet vs. menu depends on how many Elite and Elite Plus passengers on the cruise.
  13. Even so that might be one day in a cruise, but not open on a daily basis
  14. They would need to make that a round trip because a one-way would not be allowed since Cabo is not a Distant Foreign Port as required by US law
  15. These are not new. the old free classes were demonstration only, these classes are hands on, and they have been doing them for quite a while
  16. 10 am? You are likely to hear your names being paged by then and you’ll be leaving in the “walk of shame” parade😀
  17. On Celebrity, children can stay in an adjoining room, or across the hall by themselves, without needing to have an adult registered in that room with them. I think the larger issue, however, is finding a 2 to 3 week cruise. I’m sure that would entail at least a back to back scenario, with two or more cruises consecutively.
  18. I sign up on every cruise and have never received any sort of written confirmation. I’m board day, you can go to guest services and sign up there and there is no email or paperwork involved. Whoever was asking you for a written confirmation does not understand how the program works.
  19. The country involved makes a huge difference….the OP will be in Greece
  20. No way to put in a “standing order”. It must be done one day at a time.
