Wouldn't that be kind of unfair to the next cruisers who had booked that room?
No, because you had to leave it but you could hang around the pool or buffet areas

Was that for the March 24 or April 9 itinerary?

Did I miss something? Reading the letter posted on this thread, the valet service for American Airlines Will cost us $30 + $40 + $150 for 3 bags. My total comes to $220, not free or any other number. Please correct me 🙂
That’s what American Airlines charges—- that is not what the Valet service charges. And the American Airlines charges may or not be imposed depending on what the class of service you book, do you have American Airlines frequent flyer status, etc.

Curious how they handle the fees for "elite" frequent flyers who already get 1 or 2 bags free. I would hope there is a way to keep from being charged by Celebrity? It's not mentioned.
It is mentioned when you actually fill out the form.

I wish you well

If I sleep through breakfast does that count?

Announced today in Australia, and the rest of the world in the coming hours, Celebrity will be instituting a new pricing for those fast during a cruise. “We know that this is a niche market but that some people choose to fast and we will be reducing their fare accordingly. Celebrity passengers can sign up for a variety of fasting options from one day to the entire cruise. No medical authorization is needed, just a passenger’s desire for their own health and wellness”

Do men wear t-shirts in the evenings? Or is it all polos and formal shirts?

Are you staying in the same cabin or switching to a new room?
If you are changing staterooms, the two stateroom attendants involved with coordinate moving your things. You might want to take your medication and jewelry into the new room and put it in the safe during the transition but talk to the stateroom attendants about the best way to handle that. in the EU, It’s unlikely that you will have to leave the ship.
remember that age is a separate account, onboard credit and Internet minutes do not carry over. Check with guest relations to make sure that your credit card account information gets transferred

we're on the Silhouette next month. we won't have any internet package, and no cell-phone (yes, some of us still survive like this!).
Does the ship allow any access to 'free internet', or whatever, for people like us to get online onboard to complete our 24-hour in advance airline check-in?
Its been a while since we've cruised but I do re-call it was do-able before....not sure which cruise line.
Anyone?
There is no free Internet. You can buy a one hour package, but that’s fairly expensive. You can try asking the concierge or guest relations to give you a courtesy airline check-in, and that works sometimes but don’t be surprised if it doesn’t. Or just wait until you get to the airport and check in then.

As far as I understand it ,and I am open to being wrong, all guests in a the state room regardsless of relationship, marital status etc will be treated and regaurded for the cruise as the same CC status as the status of the highest level guest in that cabin . So if a Zenith brings a select guest on in the same cabin they will both be given Zenith privaliges for the duration of the cruise. Guests can also if married or partners apply to have their CC status matched.
That should be so for social events but not for other Zenith benefits like internet and bev package

Every ship offers it. On M and S class ships it in Tuscan. On e class ships it might be Tuscab or it might be another spot. The instruction card you receive in your stateroom will tell you.

If you are on B2B sailings within Australia, expect to be called for a test at the end of the first cruise.

I assume you will visit some other EU port before Civitavecchhia. Then there will be no Customs
-
You can transfer OBC to other passengers. There is a form for this at Guest Relations

As well as mimosas and bloody Mary’s (Elite breakfast menu items)
-
The soda package has been discontinued
there is no Starbucks on Celebrity.
I think you’re confusing Celebrity with some other line

Back to the OP, who made a mistake and is mad when the TA contacted him about it weeks after it took place. I still don’t get why he’s mad at Celebrity………

Coffee, tea, milk, hot chocolate packets, juice blends (from dispenser) lemonade, iced tea,
no bottled water, soft drinks, sparkling water, cappuccino, caffee latte, etc.

Well the spouse would presumably also be Elite. Its the non-spousal cabin mates who may or may not be allowed in for the breakfast.

You missed two ports? Did you have substitute ports or sea days? Did you get any advance notice?
-
No need to fret over not getting your own. Just follow this thread and anytime anyone announces a new opportunity, follow the link provided.

Something isn’t right here. If you owe them money for a shore excursion or a drink package, they would have just cancelled that. Did you owe money on a cruise fare? The TA should have recognized that. And even if you did offer one of the fares, why would they threaten to cancel the other one? I think it’s time for a new TA

I ASSume Fort Lauderdale, since that is what they said. I always just cab it.
Lots of people cruise out of Miami but fly out of Fort Lauderdale. For them, taxi is an expensive option
Lost Luggage Issues
in Celebrity Cruises

I remember a situation years ago where a small (carry on size) case got delivered to the wrong room. It was brightly flowered so clearly wasn’t part of the other person’s luggage. Took a couple of hours to find it and return it to me. A few tense moments but resolved fairly quickly.
