  1. I did a B2B in HNL this year and @leaveitallbehind is spot on. Self disembarkation at Pier 2 began exactly at 7:00 AM. It is really a nice terminal and plenty of cabs available for those needing them. Since we had an overnight prior to disembarkation, immigration was done on the day of arrival aboard the ship.
  2. Normally they begin walk off at 7-7:25 followed by Suites then according to the disembarkation luggage tag you receive. Last call is about 9:00 PM.
  3. Technically when you log onto banks you get a HTTPS connection... Look at your URL. HTTPS is the protocol used to securely send data from a web browser to a website. When I want additional security I use a VPN.
  4. Celebrity Suite also only get 1 device per person. Royal Suite and above get 2 device per person for a total of 4. Last time they put all 4 on my account.
  5. I've been to a Zenith Reception with about 40-50 Zenith's and Officers. It wasn't crowded but they moved the tables around for the reception. I've seen it pretty full during Soccer Finals and Foot Ball Games... it's also a Sports Bar.
  6. Yes for sure. Many report they can also do with the the basic package. Just put phone in Airplane mode, turn on WiFi if turned off and turn on Phone over WiFi. I talk and text one of my daughters daily all over the world. Some also enjoy using What's App. In addition to making calls your family can call you at no charge.
  7. Mike -- scan the Attention to Detail QR Code - they may call it something different now. It goes direct to Hotel Director. I had the same problem and they installed a router in my room that allowed me to get a signal. You will hear back quickly.
  8. @dock thank you for posting your well written and documented live post. I only discovered it today and just finished. It is really interesting seeing all the Celebrity participants participating. We are also Celebrity Refugees and will be taking our first Oceania Cruise in 45 days on Regatta. I hate to admit we just hit Double Zenith and after 24 years of exclusively sailing Celebrity we are jumping ship. Celebrity and Retreat are just not what it use to be. We still have 2 cruises booked with them but this year have booked 2 Oceania, 2 Cunard, 2 Silver Sea and 1 RSS. We fully know it will not be the same but can tell you we are more excited than we have been in year. I also plan on doing comparisons of Celebrity, Cunard and Oceania.
  9. I was able to cast using browsers that casting capabilities. The system is designed for Android but it did work with Chrome and Edge browsers. When I can easily plug in a HDMI cable it made no sense to cast.
  10. Celebrity let my agent know in advance that the OBC was a promotion that was given at time of booking. I'm sure there was also some additional things in the mix as I was getting the Zenith Rate which removes the duplicate perks for Premium Internet and Drink Packages we get with status. Of course there had also been changes since our booking including they had dropped inclusion of tips and they did allow us to keep free tips. BTW I wasn't cancelling I was simply upgrading so Refundable or NRD would not have been and issue.
  11. Did you buy the certificates within the last year. The last forms I saw say you loose the deposit if not used within 1 year.
  12. I think they made the change on new purchases around January 1 of this year. Need to read the fine print at the bottom. I think the last I saw you have 6 months to get the promo and after that remainder of 6 months you only get face value and after that you loose the $100 pp. I will never buy another with these terms.
  13. If I recall correctly - I had the cc member change to Obfuscated server - under settings. Any device can Cast to ships that have the option. I noticed that on Edge recently it was not available. If it is available you will find a menu item for it with instructions. You can use any browser or app that has casting. Works so - so for me due to lags. I have used Firestick, Roku and HDMI connection to my Laptop and Phone for over 5 years with no problem.
  14. I've been lurking and enjoying your live post. I think your Mom would be a hoot to meet--- as well as you.
  15. Yes. Even after documents and luggage tags are issued they will be updated within 24 hours of assignment.
  16. While most lei greetings are designed for airport arrivals, I'm sure many of the Limo Companies can arrange with a Limo Pickup from the Pier. Here's one that I've used for a relative. https://www.toplimohawaii.com/lei-greeting/ You will need to specifically request a Lei Greeting...
  17. B2B's are usually invited to the Concierge Lunch in the MDR. There is little else for B2B passengers. The one advantage is that after B2B processing you have full run of the ship for a couple hours before they begin general boarding. Al Bacio remains open. Often especially in Europe they have a couple B2B excursions (for a fee that can be fun.
  18. You might also check each location. I know that Buschart Gardens site say it is wheel chair accessible and also offers free loaner chairs.
  19. The app can be buggy and probably will be up and running while on the ship. If you want to see the Menu select Eclipse July 28th cruise the menu works on that one. It's the same menu regardless of the cruise.
  20. You could either cancel the purchases or they will be cancelled. If the OBC was obtained via an on-board booking you will probably also loose the OBC (at least I did when I upgraded).
  21. Ahh... I was thinking it was an app on Firestick or possibly an iPhone. I guess it is only available on Android. I don't use my phone for watching YouTubeTV and even if was available on Apple - apple doesn't allow sharing WiFi over Hotspot.
  22. I did and upgrade recently as the price of the RS had dropped significantly. The cruise is still 1 1/2 years out but I had booked in while on-board. I lost my OBC but retained my prepaid gratuities. The net price was still advantageous.
  23. The WiFi works the same on all ships M, S and E. With the Classic you can make WiFi Calls, Facetime Calls, What's App calls. You can not stream and many experience trouble with CruiseCritic due to its data usage. With Premium You can stream, upload photos and most anything. CruiseCritics works fine. Not quite sure what you men by - Does Premium WiFi facilitate both texting and calls from outside of the ship ? If you are asking whether you can use the Premium WiFi when not on the ship -- the answer is no. It will only work when connected to the wifi on the ship. If you are asking whether you can call, text ect to other who are off the ship, that is yes.
  24. Curious --- which spoofer are you using? I've been having a recent problem at home internet IP has recently has been identified my location as Memphis vs San Francisco. My ISP told me that I could spoof my Mac address and get a new ip but I use Google Nest and that option isn't availble. It is really weird some apps find my location while others think i'm in Memphis. I had to re-identify my location on YouTubeTV using my phone. Never had this problem before.
  25. I've been using YouTube TV on ships for about 4-5 years. I agree with you I normally try for a Server in SF Bay area but on occasions Google identifies the server as VPN server and blocks it, and I have to choose a different location until Nord updates their server ip's. In those cases I can still watch my recorded shows but unable to steam my local stations.
