  1. Just sign up for the $20pp proctoring... https://rapidtestandtrace.com/product/observed-test-for-travel/ There is no delivery. You're not purchasing anything except for the proctor session. You make an appointment, they send you a link, and you click on the link just before your appointment time.
  2. And a ton more... BBC, Bushwhacker, Lava flow, Miami VIce, etc. Also, always feel free to ask a bartender for a suggestion.
  3. I may or may not bring a large ziploc to keep some in my cabin at all times.
  4. Loved both my cruises over the past 2 months. Staffing - Crew members were as friendly as ever and no staffing issues affected any part of either one. Entertainment - Nothing that bothered me personally but there was no main aqua show on Harmony 5/29, only the smaller one, and the headliner was cancelled on the 2nd leg of my B2B on Indy but it was the same headliner as the 1st leg so we had already seen them (and they were mediocre anyway).
  5. Was in a GS on Harmony 5/29. The suite concierges will e-mail you a show schedule but you don’t need reservations except for the comedy club. Make those in advance via e-mail. That said, the show schedules are subject to change (ours did, including the headliner), so while you can plan ahead, be prepared to check the app on day one & adjust if needed.
  6. See the Loyalty Ambassador during the 1st leg and he/she can make it happen.
  7. This. On my recent B2B, the app for my 2nd leg wasn't even fully updated until TAD. As for the compass, just ask your cabin attendant to give you one each night if he/she doesn't automatically. On Harmony 5/29, they appeared as they always have. On Indy, I had to ask and it was delivered nightly after that.
  8. Cafe Promenade almost always has 2-3 kinds (open 24 hrs/day). Windjammer usually has 1-2 in the dessert section. You’ll see them all over, the flavors rotate though.
  9. Yes, others have used Nomi. RapidTestAndTrace has no CLIA # either. They don’t care about that at the port, only name, date of test, and “negative.”
  10. Let me put it this way... I'd put money on you not being the most casually dressed person in the MDR that night so pack/wear whatever you are comfortable wearing. You will see t-shirts and casual shorts. I don't ever dress up. I put on khakis and a polo/short sleeve button down every night (formal or not) mostly b/c that was my pre-covid routine when we sat in DL every night for happy hour. On this past cruise, I was questioning why I wasn't just wearing shorts at night. You will see them in the MDR, the specialty restaurants, and the DL.
  11. You'll be fine. Be happy you're on a B2B. I'd hope the few hours you spend on TAD likely won't have much of an impact on your overall cruise.
  12. Wow! Never experienced anything remotely like that on any cruise from any crew member. Glad you got it rectified!
  13. Not formal at all, especially the 3-night... but then again, the formal nights on 7-night Caribbean cruises aren't very formal either.
  14. One formal night on my recent 3 & 4 night Indy cruises (night 2), no lobster.
  15. My guess is exactly this. Cafe Promenade's specialty coffee offerings aren't nearly as extensive as the actual Starbucks locations onboard. I don't expect much to change other than the beans being used.
  16. This is why I chose RT&T over OnPoint. I have read a few reports of poor/non-existent customer service although everyone seemed to eventually get it sorted out. Hope you are able to get through to them. On the plus side, you have some time.
  17. Never had Giovanni's lunch, but I have requested the fried calamari appetizer from the lunch menu at dinner before (sometimes they accommodate the request, sometimes not) and have enjoyed it. Yes, it's a different menu with some overlap.
  18. Moral of the story... Look up the cabin locations of any category before you bid. If any are so undesirable that you determine the risk isn't worth it, don't bid on that category.
  19. Very solid, even-toned, well-written review! Sorry to hear about your negatives, mostly because we also have always loved Giovanni's and it was as good as ever on Indy this month. Filet was delicious as was the carbonara (I always get the same things) and someone on Indy just before me loved their osso buco. Similarly, back on Harmony 5/29, not only was the CK Maitre D' friendly and helpful, but the manager, Rodrigo, was amazing! Personable, hilarious, chatted and joked with our table at nearly every meal, etc. One of those crew members you won't forget. Given your attitude, I don't think you'd let these experiences deter you from either venue in the future, but figured I'd share that your experiences are definitely not fleet-wide. P.S. 1st world problems but I really wish Harmony had El Loco Fresh as Mini Bites on Harmony is one of the only included food venues I found virtually worthless and since my wife won't eat mexican, I likely would have popped in there to grab something in between meals quite a bit. P.S.S. Could not agree more about Cococay. We had an OTW cabana in May and it was an amazing experience. Then we did a 3 and 4-night B2B earlier this month so we could go there twice like you mentioned and also had an amazing time without spending a penny (besides tipping for D drinks).
  20. I know it wasn't your main point, which is pretty valid IMO, just sharing additional info. FWIW, I cross-posted my detailed positive experience with RT&T both there and here and didn't see any negative comments.
  21. I believe that was OnPoint. FYI, you can reschedule with RT&T using their website, no human interaction needed. That said, they are also very responsive via live chat. The wait was minutes, not hours. That was part of the reason I shelled out the extra $5 even though I'm as frugal as it gets.
  22. The port doesn't care about a CLIA #, you'll be fine. Just used an online proctor that doesn't have one at PC last Friday, no issues. They only check for your name, test date, and "Negative." Enjoy your cruise!
  23. Yes. Last week was my 1st B2B and we used some that morning of TAD (turn around day) for bottled water for the 2nd leg and some iced coffee drinks at Cafe Promenade.
