  1. They filled them up with plastic plants first and then took the whole glass aquarium out of Voyager and replaced them with the Chahuly like glass flowers way back.
  2. You know a while ago, in the bar area in WJ on Voyager, there was a running water wall feature, water ran down the back wall which was mirrored, really pretty, and then I have pics of Voyagers salt water tanks in the Boleros area as well...they used to do water features pretty much back in the day. Even Rhapsody had a fountain under the steps in the lobby. Guess they got to be too mucky to maintain but they were sure gorgeous!
  3. On Voyager, we head for Bolero's to see if we can get our first Mojito...tradition. Sometimes we can and other times they won't have the mint for one. My second fave drink is a lemon drop with Orange peel. I pretty much stick with those two, I love martinis! Lickin my chops right now...,we'll be there in 35 days Boleros Mojito.MP4
  4. I was not responding to the OPs question, I was responding to your comment: WJ is for food not drinks
  5. Voyager has or used to have a bar right in it's entrance. You could sit and have drinks anytime.
  6. You can also order a colder medical frig for your room. Contact Special Services at RCCL to request one.
  7. I thought it was brilliant, still don't know why they took it out. Maybe sanitation laws changed or something.
  8. I actually did, my hubs cleared the way and took me in to see it...
  9. I always am......LOL I know irun5k didn't say that, Soremekun did.
  10. Here's a brighter pic, wonder why they removed it?
  11. After years of MTD which was never a problem, as we age, we find ourselves back to early dining, time to digest the meal and see shows and the sunset. And we go to bed much earlier because we're exhausted. Ce La Vie.
  12. Sometimes but the "remember this password" NEVER works.
  13. MDR has it when they come around with the pastry tray it's always there. We eat there for the Eggs Bene mostly. It never had nuts, just the raisins and the sugar nuggat on top. Just sweet enough...yum
  14. I have been addicted to this for First breakfast with latte on the Promenade since our first cruise on Voyager, I have it several times a week on any cruise...I sure hope they never discontinue it. Like it so much I ordered the Swedish sugar off Amazon so I can put it on my own breads! Second breakfast is in MDR....LOL Also, addicted to the sour dough rolls which are harder to come by these days and always request they be heated, they are happy to do that for us.
  15. Yes, I would think they wouldn't want people interrupting the show after the theater lights go down.
  16. If you have a much later flight, say 3 or 4 O'clock, it would be much better than sitting around an airport...itsh! We've always booked an early flight home and I wouldn't pay for it, but some would.
  17. I think she meant to say Bumper Car/Sports rink,.
  18. I'm in a wheelchair so I don't believe that. There has to be accomodation made for ADA, that's the law. Maybe they meant you couldn't ENTER into Zero that way, but exiting should be open. Now I know there is an ADA elevator, I'm not concerned about it.
  19. Wow, we never discovered that! I had to go up the stairs, took forever!
  20. That information should be in the last day of the Compass, didn't that get published here?
  21. There are 2 doorways leading to the outdoor promenade or running track that we plan on using out of the ice rink. I couldn't go down or back up those stairs anyway with my wheelchair so we'll exclusively use those doors to get in and out. Then back into the indoor promenade. I also think they will eventually have to remove the sports bar, don't know where they'll move it but it probably has to go. Hope the designers are seriously studying this problem whilst Star is being built!!!!!
