  4. OK...the *easiest* way would be to just look at the Patter...I *think* hours are listed there. The app does not perform the function you are asking about. Sorry!

  7. Not exactly sure what you mean by "open now". ??? Are you currently on board a ship? When you do the "Explore the ship" section and find the venue you're interested in, it should give you the hours. If you're NOT currently on a ship...what are you trying to find out?
  8. Also...many people using Windows or Android devices cannot work with the .HEIC file format. (If you were to attach it as a .JPG then it would avoid the "download" issue.
  9. Interesting! Most everyone here on CC reports that if the bid is not accepted then *nothing* happens...no email or notification at all. You just don't get your upgrade!

I'm surprised that nobody mentioned the "meal plan" reservation option either in the web version or the app. There is the option of booking the same restaurant/time for every evening for the entire cruise. You just would not be guaranteed that it would be the same table. If this is acceptable to you it can be done yourself entirely online before you board...no need to chase down a head waiter (or whatever they're called now.)
  12. Our one and only experience with a guaranty cabin was on the Pacific Princess. A couple of days before sailing we found that we had been assigned a cabin. Only when we boarded did we realize that it was an "accessible" cabin with a walk-in/roll-in shower complete with safety grab bars on the wall. It was a nice cabin.

  14. There would be too many screenshots involved to do this! Each type of drink has an icon that you tap on and a whole sublist opens up in regards to that type of drink. Hard to explain...but once you see it first-hand you'll go "Duh!" that makes sense now!
  15. Several times we have run into issues trying to book via the app. I don't even try any more...I just use the "web version" which is easier to use anyway! (On a desktop PC)
  16. On our last cruise (2 months ago) we had the same 2 cards in our cabin. The day and times did not fit what we wanted to do...we just called the dine line and they gladly changed the reservation times. (We were OK with the specific restaurants...just not the times.)
  17. LOL! I had NO IDEA what that was...had to Google it. Looks very interesting as a port event! (Visions of a seedy tattoo parlor in the bad part of Edinburgh immediately sprang to mind!) 😄
  18. Others have posted that if you speak to the Captain's Circle host (or whatever the new title is) they can adjust it onboard.
  19. Can't help you with your specific question...but anytime we are pressed for time (i.e. leaving for an early excursion) we always use the "door hanger" menu. We have *always* had it delivered within 10 minutes (usually 5 minutes) of the time we mark that we wish.
  20. Wow! We have *never* had any issues with a Princess transfer, and we use them a lot. A rep should always be very near the baggage carousel, either holding a sign or at a podium.
