  1. In general I would agree, but we had so much else to drink, we just never drank ours. The "good" stuff was "free" after all...we were told to just leave it there for the next guests. Wonder how many guests before us left it there, ha ha.
  2. Yeah our cheap "free" champagne (or whatever it was{" was left in our room. I wanted to give it to our room steward or butler but the butler (who was nice, kind, and rather strait-laced) said they are not allowed to take it. A couple cruises ago, my room steward was happy to though! lol
  3. In general (meaning it is the same in the 2 BR): Agree on the comfy bed and the lack of storage and hooks.
  4. That is a great bar. Ask if they will make you a Smokey Old Fashioned. It's a great show watching, and tasty too!
  5. Oh God, we both LOVED our dinner at Onda. I had the buretta too. Yum!
  6. This is a terrific wind-up review. Really good and very fair. There are always pluses and negatives and I am interested in reading about both. I had forgotten about the down comforter! You are absolutely right! It was just too warm. I never even thought about asking for a blanket, duh on me. Next time I will. I thought the Donna Summers show was very good, but agree it was too long. I started getting antsy about 15 minutes before it ended. thanks again for sharing your thoughts and experiences. :-)
  7. That its exactly what I do, too. Cappuccinos or lattes. They always taste mighty fine. 🙂
  8. Interesting. The 2 Bedroom Haven suite had 2 deep shelves in the shower. And a big mirror in the toilet room--across from the toilet, no less. :-0
  9. You would think if it's not allowed, the room steward would say so. I leave mine out in plain sight when I cruise, as does everyone else I know that brings one...
  10. I have always brought one...since they are not specifically listed I'm thinking they are not prohibited. They certainly are much more common than immersion heaters and hot plates. But who knows.
  11. No Veuve on our cruise end of February. Yes to Moet Chandon, though. That's good enough for me!
  12. We got there at 9. Boarded around 11:00. But the time went by fast--lots of treats set out. Plus, the excitement!
  13. Not sure which cabin you will be in. We were in the 2 BR Haven. The hair dryer was crazy. Wired into the wall behind the sink and accessible by reaching under the sink. As a result, the cord only came to about my upper chest (I am 5'4") and it was a struggle to dry my hair without being over. Next time I will bring my own. Hopefully other suites are not set up that way! But just in case, I recommend bringing your own.
  14. I usually bring soap bars because they are moisturizing. I didn't last time, and it was fine. I did not bring shampoo/conditioner because the Haven had L'Occitane, which is my favorite. And which I use at home. However, the scent was a really weird one, it was like cooking herbs. Not my fav.. I should have brought my own.
  15. Sad but prolly true. There would suddenly be a "plumbing issue" or something.
  16. I would only add that you might keep in mind that 150 minutes translates into about a half hour of actual online use...it can be slow, My husband's 150 minutes only equaled 20 minutes. I got the unlimited so that's what I recommend if you want a more relaxed online experience.
  17. Have never waited at all to be seated for BF, lunch or dinner...
  18. You are very welcome. No, I don't remember there being a problem with uploading photos, just sometimes when the Internet was just being moody. It was not a big deal though.
  19. Two Wheels Only can give you the scoop. All I can say is that I believe there are 2 restaurants (Onda? Another?) that don't allow shorts at dinner.
  20. I can attest to there being issues on the Prima with WiFi. I got the unlimited, DH had the "Free 150 minutes" or whatever it was. His 150 minutes - about 20 minutes of real online time. So get the unlimited--YOLO! I was glad I did.
  21. You definitely won't need the Vibe on the Prima if you are in the Haven. The Haven sundecks were NEVER crowded and the sundeck bar made plenty of great drinks, plus you could order food there from the Haven restaurant. The pool and hot tubs were never crowded either. Jealous! I miss being on the Prima!
  22. All I can say is that everywhere we ate on the Prima (and the Bliss pre-Covid), the food ranged from really good to excellent. I know that is subjective, but it's true for us. And we can't say that about where we live now that we are no longer in the NJ/NY area where we were spoiled!
