Just off Summit, they do have the canned water. But they also have mini glass bottles of Aqua Panni available. Not sure of cost, but available at bars, etc. -

The Casino Dept. It is basically your travel agent for the cruise booking.

I wouldn't waste my time. Take your paperwork with you when you board, and if the amenities are not there, let the casino host fix it.

Casino office is staffed on weekends. At least call and reinstate your Res. to hold the room. I have had "cancelled" bookings before, but not 3 times!

Why the Secrecy? Maybe they would rather have you purchase a pass to the Thermal Spa?

There is free single sex Sauna, however for any Steam you need the Thermal Pass.

It means the casino will be extremely crowded with other casino players. They have a few drawings, maybe a slot tournament that a few hundred people play at...etc

Yes. It is located down the hall from Spa check in desk, in a separate room. No lockers, just a couple hooks and a shower, along with towels . Has a beautiful window view of the water. IIRC, same as Koningsdam -
We board Rotterdam Sunday and expecting the same Drink Pkg problem. I emailed my PCC two weeks ago and she assured me pkg was for both in the room...Bringing email along...shall see what happens....
