Very strange. There was someone around the entire time I was there...I was there most of the day. One person was 9am to 3pm, next person was 3pm to 9pm.

Shouldn't need a phone. They have a dedicated person serving them (the butler-style service mentioned on the sign...) They did a great job...

The all onboard time will be at least 1/2 hour earlier than departure time if not a little more. I forget the exact time. So I would figure you would need to leave Florence by 3pm at the very latest...to be safe. (And remember to bring the emergency numbers in case you need to contact the ship if running late.) When we were there in June, we were on a ship sponsored excursion (by bus, but it doesn't really matter if you do it by car, frankly...imo) and were an hour late back to the ship (just made it) because of construction and repair work. FYI, there was no construction going to Florence...just the return.

Maybe but I wouldn't count on it. The roads are nothing like in the states. Not even close. I doubt you would make an 11 am show...

It's less than 1/2 hour drive from port to airport. You should be ok. There's usually a line of taxis waiting there. I see you're international but it still should be fine...

Yeah, the 'shaving off time' at the beginning and end of a port day is...just strange. I suppose they could have handed her a life jacket and she could of taken a running jump off and back on the ship (the return jump would have to be magnificent!!) 🤣

I did this last month on the Equinox. I know very little about wine in general. I found the workshop to be fun and informative. I would recommend it...even for the more experienced folks... They set you up with 5 wines and various items to sample with the wines...

Some time ago I bought a set of bright highway orange colored luggage. Easy to spot anywhere. However, I've started to notice more brightly colored luggage of late...so I did indeed add a luggage strap that was just a horrible mismatch with orange...a shade of chartreuse...lol...can't miss it...

I had a similar occurrence on the EQ on Jan. 14th...I had rented a cabana and asked when the server would bring my included liter of grey goose. Sha also said she would ask her supervisor. It was delivered about 15 minutes later. (I was staying in a Sky suite...)
