We have done several and love the experience. They try hard not to do menu repeats but of course there are some things that have to when you are a ship that amount of time. Shows are stretched out and there are other types of entertainment. Highly recommend doing these.

Oh it is, sometimes there is a price to pay for success in terms on the amount of people that cruise with them. As you well know there is only one other alternative, raise the bar in terms of who qualifies.

You are correct there are not a lot of options (7 or 8 day wise) from Galveston. That was my point. Of course they would spin it in the most positive sense, they are releasing schedule for arguably what they consider their best home port. One may ask why and the answer is clear as well. With over ten million people within a three hour drive, there are millions who have never cruised. Journey cruises are the only answer for variety and Canrival has stepped these up dramatically.

I think it says the value of the drink they will cover is $12.50. You can get whatever you want, they will just charge for the difference.

Lots of questions. Have you contacted Carnival? Why did your insurance not pay the remainder? Have you had regular correspondence with insurer? Are they disputing the difference?
