    We will be doing this cruise in March. I have had some bad experiences with ACL, but I'm giving them another chance. I discovered there is a great museum in Stockton (who knew?) so I'll be going on that excursion. It's true you could do this same itinerary in a couple of days by car, but what fun would that be?

    You just walk into the CC ding room whenever and they seat you. The experience is really nice.

    Little joke. Brulee is French for "burnt" . They "burn" the sugar on the top of the custard with a flame.

    One difference between those "C" games and Princess is that on Princess, people keep their clothes on. 😜

    It's been awhile since I've had a Full English (aka breakfast) so my Sky trip in June better have it! I find the vegetarian sausages in the UK are so much better than in North America. I've been trying to figure out why.

    The little joke is that there was a misspelling, "marsala" and not "masala." Chicken Marsala is an Italian dish. Chicken tikka masala is Indian, though I had a pub keeper in Leicestershire tell me it was invented in English pubs and wasn't Indian at all. Who knows? I just know I love the stuff and that's about all I will order when I'm in Leicestershire.

    This is a fabulous thread! I leave tomorrow on the Discovery, so I'm ready for food pics! For the first time, we are doing Club Class, so I hope to avoid the problems you've had. I hope we have that same MDR menu because I love the pork tenderloin they do on Princess (all versions) and DH will be all over that seafood stew. You are everybody's favorite poster today!

    Call and ask. Look in your spam filter. It's so nice of you to want to praise a crew member. In my experience, nothing I have ever said, good or bad, has had much effect.

    They serve the same food in every dining room, so I guess the variety you are looking for is decor?

    There is no set dining time on Princess. I would expect you to know that if you and your 699 friends have already booked. I would also expect the cruise line to be working with you, suggesting dining venues and times. I find it curious you have opened a thread here on CC to ask a question you should be asking the cruise line.

    This was our experience on the Majestic, too. With the rude head waiter and all.

    Well, since they have to drop the egg from a high place, there are few other places to choose from on the ship. It's the egg DROP. 🙄
