This is very disappointing…I just don’t get it!!!!we loved sitting on our veranda with our feet up on the Equinox when we were in Aquaclass…in January on the Beyond we were in a sky suite and had to use the tiny table to put our feet on….

Following along…have a fabulous cruise… Going through withdrawal…got off the Beyond on 1/8 and our next cruise is on the Equinox on 7/2…the weather in New York this week has been so dreary …the Caribbean sounds great about now…. Have not been on the Reflection….will be nice to see your review…I have been eyeing some exciting deals on the Reflection if only I could convince my husband…

I just had my TA book a cruise this morning from a book later I had..I just went to see if I was able to upgrade my drink package but it was not listed in my order history…it is listed on my confirmation…I guess I will give it a day or two before I have my TA call to clarify the situation..

That’s another disappointing change..I did 2 book later deposits in October…when I did them they told me it was refundable…I don’t think I still have the flyer…I hope it is not an issue if I don’t attach it to a booking and want my money back

For those looking to try the retreat on the Ascent…in the exciting deal e-mail that came today the March 17th sailing a suite guarantee is around $5500…that I think is as good a deal as your going to get…

I was on the Beyond in a sky suite for the 1/2 sailing…those points show in my listings but not in my total…the power up points from last month are doing the same thing…

I guess we missed it by a week…we were in the retreat last week on the Beyond and was told we had to pay extra for Decoy…ugh!!!

I had inquired about two tours with Spain Day tours for our July cruise on the Celebrity Equinox. I was interested in a small group tour to Seville and a tour of Lisbon. I heard back and they asked me for more information. I sent it but then never got any kind of confirmation. I had other cruises before this one so I have not reached back out. Do they usually send a confirmation and if so when. Any insight would be great …

We were on the Beyond last week…and it was the same…

That is why we skipped that and went straight to dinner…our sommelier was able to find us wines we enjoyed that was included in the premium package…

We just got off the Beyond and we barely spent any time in the lounge before dinner because the wine selection was so poor in terms of what didn’t have an up charge …plus the potato chips now seem like they are lays not homemade like before… it’s a shame because we used to enjoy that each evening…

Just got off the Beyond in the retreat…we had previously sailed several times on the Edge and Apex in sky suites… we all felt it seemed so much bigger and didn’t feel as exclusive…Luminae felt very big compared to the Edge and Apex and huge versus the last time we were on the Summit…in addition chair hogs were out in full force…we came out after breakfast to get chairs…and I would say 90% of chairs had property on them with about 10% actually having people…I spoke with others later in the day in the pool and they had the same experience…we still had a great cruise but it was a different feeling…

In sky suite 10146 now and no problem so far…

My sister in law just was told that Decoy is an up charge in the retreat lounge.so much for no up charges here… we are on the Beyond

Boarding the Beyond in a sky suite tomorrow…the email I received today says the retreat includes “ your own butler” why do they send emails like this .it just adds insult to injury…we booked this cruise over 2 years ago when the Beyond sailings were just announced for my husband’s big birthday…was looking forward to having a butler help with some decorating like they have done in the past…I am disappointed with the change but to have that email sent just makes me more annoyed 😠… we will have a great cruise but it is just the lack of attention to detail that bothers me..

Have a great trip…we are booked on this cruise in 2025…not sure if we are going to sail due to my husband’s work but I hope we can…

I too was looking at Virgin too as an alternative…good thing I booked it a week ago because they have just raised their prices astronomically…. I booked a Seriously Suite(lowest suite) for a 5 night cruise in December of next year for $3600 …today it is $5600…and it looks like lower categories have gone up tremendously as well…

So glad I booked my first Virgin cruise for next December cruise a little over a week ago…I can’t believe the price hike…we booked a seriously suite and it has gone up thousands of dollars…this is exactly what happened with Celebrity specifically suites ..and was hoping Virgin would be a good alternative after our deposits and decent prices from Celebrity had run out since we booked them years ago…

I wish it was this December …. i got the email for my Deep Blue extras, however I don’t see anything in the Ap. How long does it usually take to appear there…also my $300 bar tab from the booking promo is not in my ap either.🤷‍♀️
